I love the people who come on these threads and call everybody moaners for raising what they think is an issue, rolling out the old line about "you're just a customer". Yes, we are customers, and there's something called "customer service". Good customer service involves trying your best to help your customers and make their lives easier. Bad customer service involves making things difficult fr people. It's not moaning to point out when Saints only manage the latter.

The only way to deal with it properly is by allowing refs to review video evidence post match. It's impossible to tell at full speed a lot of the time because players have become so good at doing it.

Um, what? My season ticket was £465 last year. Individual match tickets were £27. I would've got 17 matches for the same money, and that's being generous and ignoring the booking fee! Even if I'd had to pay the 'New' price that's still only 20 matches, which is 3 free games, again ignoring the booking fee you would probably be regularly paying.

The very fact they are doing it again this year means it clearly does make sense to the club. Just because they haven't explained it to you personally doesn't mean it does not make sense.

How many years will the clubs policy of not releasing prices until June have to be in place before we can stop having the exact same argument about it every time?

A few lads I play football with were reminiscing the glory years the other week, except for them it was the prem years. They're all getting season tickets next year, although at the time (pre-coventry) it was only if we got promotion so they could relive the "glory years". At least they're honest about it I guess.
