I seem to remember numerous occasians last season they were only selling "tickets for todays game" as the queues grew and a huge walk up was expected... What happens then? We're forced to go home and order online and pay an extra £3!! Never!:smt072

Southampton plan double swoop for midfield stars
saint.tom.clancy replied to John B's topic in The Saints
Thats fair enough, but he's got to be doing something right to be captain. He also played in the Wales friendly at the weekend, he's obviously highly rated if he's played a limited amount of games but still making the starting 11. Granted its only wales, but still! -

Better than the captain of a mid table championship side who was linked with premiership clubs during the previous 2 windows? Ok then... Agree about keeping morgan though, but if the rumours are true i'm sure we'd bite Doncasters arm off for him. -

[Boring] BREAKING NEWS on the website!!!!
saint.tom.clancy replied to the saint in winchester's topic in The Saints
W*nker. -
Or how about just release the f*cking details!!!

I think he's done a good job when called upon, a few mishaps but then if he was perfect he wouldn't be playin in L1 would he? Great cover none the less.
-
Not saying he isn't a great player, but is he really what we need? Where would he fit into out midfield? IMO we should be more worried about getting antonio back than bringing in surman, who is no better than we already have. Obviously I wouldn't be disappointed if he did come though.

Thomas just for the draw for the next round (even though we lost)
-
I'm in support of the "sh!t on Leeds United" thread. Doesn't matter whose in this league next season we will walk it

Have to say i agree, cringed everytime we sung it, especially when we played them at home, made them sound so much louder. F*ck off P*mpey is so much better.
-
Have to say the equaliser against p*mpey. Best celebration ever!
-
Yeah I voted Harding, just for the fact Lambert will win by a landslide, and he deserves some recognition.
-
****ing useless ****s.
-
Yeah I think this is a great idea, plenty of people would be up for it.

Wow we should have been using their system for Wembley tickets, some people were on the phone for hours.

Are we as fans now obsessed with Pompey..?
saint.tom.clancy replied to Thedelldays's topic in General Sports
I have to admit singing anti-pompey songs all game can get annoying. But i bet those of you complaining were also complaining not so long ago about the amount of times "oh when the saints" got sung. I much prefer a wide variety of songs rather than the usual 100mph every 2 mintues "oh when the saints" -
That my friend, was a truelly awful attempt at an insult
-
I also don't recall that one! Thought i was on my own then
-
Maybe "Adam lallana, Adam lallana..." Instead of viva?

Saints 5-0 Huddersfield - Post Match Reaction
saint.tom.clancy replied to Ponty's topic in The Saints
Sorry if already mentioned or i'm missing something, cant be bothered to search through all the posts... What was Lamberts goal celebration all about when he ran over to the away fans?? -
Terry is a cu*t of the highest order, didn't even look Bridge in the eye yesterday in the whole handshake incident. My opinion of Chelsea fans has gone even lower now, why the f*ck were they booing Bridge? Because his mrs cheated on him and he didn't want to shake the hand of the man who was sh@gging her? Cu*ts.

Didn't think he was that amazing. Quality all round player, but lacked the pace and strength of Antonio. That bald left back dealt with him well for the first half I think... Fair enough it was 3-1 (at half time) but they were a sh!t team.
