Yet 12% likes a weird bloke putting 50,000 gum balls into a Lego pool. So there we have it. Owen the saints VLOG, 3 times more popular than Ben Stokes World Cup winning innings yet only half as popular as a moron putting balls into a Lego swimming pool. Sums up the target demographic of this VLOG. No wonder you defend it so passionately.

For starters she didn’t start a thread on a forum which is 5 pages long which is basically her congratulating herself on it.
-
Plenty of people I know have watched it and think it’s a load of sh*t, they’re not enjoying the experience. You’re making the false assumption everyone who watches it watches it all the way through and loves every second. A lot of people, myself included will watch a minute, realise it’s utter bilge and turn it off. The fact is that it only had 223 likes which is less than 6% of the viewers and an even tinier fraction of our total fan base. The stats do not support the claim you made, sorry about that but you’re wrong however much you might not like it.
-
Why? I’m not the one claiming stats prove how popular they are. They don’t. That’s not my fault.
-
You said stats suggest people enjoy the vlogs, the stats suggest anything but. You’ve simply quoted the number of views it had and passed this off as some sort of compelling evidence people are crawling all over each other to see them. You brought stats into this not me, so don’t get upset that you were wrong.
-
You're assuming they mean violence. When in fact what they could mean is "sort him out" by giving him advice to improve the filming and content of his VLOG. Unfortunately people are quick to see the negatives in the way they think, perhaps they were going to offer some constructive criticism as to his performance and perhaps, as I have endevoured to do, offer advice on how he may be subject to legal proceedings.
-
Not really. The amount of views is irrelevant. It would need to have more than 50% likes for you to be right in your claim that "Stats show the majority of people like it" even then you're not polling the entire opinion of saints fans. As you can see on here quite a few people don't bother watching it as it's not their thing, so for the video to have achieved less than 6% likes despite it being "the thing" of the views is evidence as to how unpopular it is.
-
It's received 203 likes out of of 4,257 views on youtube, so that figure suggests only 4.7% of people who viewed it enjoyed it. Also interesting that pretty much everyone who has posted on here about it has said "not my thing but...…." So most people on here don't really get it either. I'm not bullying, im just pointing out a few facts and warning the young man that he could be opening himself up to legal action. If anything I'm doing him a favour by putting things into perspective, not letting him get swept away on a wave of self-hysteria. I had to laugh at young Owens comment above "Did I ever imagine there’d be a day where Southampton FC post a video on their YouTube channel, in which I interview Mark ‘The Beast’ Labett off The Chase? Funnily enough, no." No young man, I never imagined a time when people would film themselves making faces into a camera for 90 minutes week after week, upload it to social media and then congratulate yourself on how wonderful it was.

So with saints average attendance of around 31,000 that means that only 12.9% of our average attendance have viewed it. You're also assuming everyone liked it, I would suggest this is not the case at all. So stats DO NOT suggest that people enjoy them.
-
What stats are these?

Should I ever appear in one of your videos without my consent rest assured I will seek legal advice around the use of my images in your VLOGs. Initial research suggests that you may be in breach of clause 23.6 of the GDPR act as well as leaving yourself liable to a host of other legal action which I will instruct my solicitor to pursue. You have been warned.

I think my favourite one of these was the one when you cried. Was it Cardiff?

Two bits of advice You really shouldn't share so much of your personal information on an anonymous football forum where no one knows or cares who you are You really shouldn't take an anonymous football forum so seriously that you feel you need to share so much of your personal information

He isn’t selling a ticket, he’s offering to buy one. It’s not the same as trying to rip of another fan by charging more than face value for a high demand low supply ticket. He is willingly offering to part with his cash not demanding more because he’s trying to sell. Completely different thing.

Surely the first season in league one? We were utterly dreadful the few seasons before that and Pardew rebuilt the team in the two windows signing players who would be key to our rise. Lambert and Fonte obviously two out the best best signings we’ve ever made but Hammond, Harding, Barnard, Jaidi and even Puncheon all played a part in our promotions.
-
More recently James Maddison chose Leicester over us and look how good he’s turned out.
-
Clubcall was wonderfully awful. I remember them announcing we had signed Alun Armstrong, who was a very talented young Stockport striker in the mid90s only for him to sign for Middlesbrough a few hours later
-
We even had a song for him too What’s the story, David’s Astori weeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllll
-
Didn’t we try to sign Trevor Francis in around 82/83 but something went wrong and we ended up with Frank Worthington who only scored a couple of goals the season we finished second? Surely if we’d have got him we’d have won something in that period between 81-85. I think it was In Strachans book he also said we could have got Dider Drogba before he went to Marseille for around £2m but Lowe knocked it back because he was too similar to James Beattie
-
no Jim Brennan? no Lee Molyneux? No credibility for this thread
-
Historically he tends to feature on average about 25 times a season for his club, So with Galatasary having Turkish league and cup, plus at least 6 champions league games this season he should make about 50% of their games. Will this be enough to convince them to shell out €16m. Unlikely...
-
I miss his interviews. I used to love seeing his chubby little face boasting about how carefully he plans for everything. My favourite story was his secret file of managers we have been tracking for years that only he has access to. It was an amazing coincidence that the managers on the list all happened to be unemployed right at the time when we needed one.
-
Don’t know about you but I’ve tried to rationalise it. I just cannot for the life of me understand it. Kruger even admitted after Pellegrino had gone they’d considered sacking him a few times prior to when they did but each time we got a decent result so they gave him the benefit of the doubt. To then spunk £20m and sack the manager a few weeks later was insanity.
-
Yes. At least Osvaldo scored 3 goals, including that cracker against Man City. Although Osvaldo was a bit mental you could see why we signed him, a good pedigree and Pocechetino knew him. Carrillo had nothing in his career to suggest he would be a good singing and was blatantly on the recommendation of a woeful manager who was sacked a few weeks later.
-
Pound for pound got to be one of the worst signings ever by any club. How many clubs out there have a record signing who has contributed literally nothing and they can’t shift on?
