You should have a look today, there is an epic battle of Boris v saints fan73 going on. Mongboardary at it's finest.
-
Why? Because it's comedy gold that why! I also post on TUI which is better for football and a laugh but when it comes to a collection of internet weirdos this place had no rival! Ironic that you question why I come on here when looking at your posts on this thread you've contributed nothing of note and slagged everyone off. Think not what a mongboard can do for you, but what you can do for a mongboard sunshine! Why you interested in when 'my gang' last went to a game? You going to try the I'm a better fan than you card?

http://www.lookfantastic.com/brands/paul-mitchell/paul-mitchell-shampoo.list We know players like to look after themselves but this is ridiculous.

What are you talking about? I've said myself he's done a good job on many occasions, i even praised him and pulled someone up on the other thread about him yesterday when some had a go at him about something which in my view, he did well. Funny how you never commented on that post and i didnt have a personal vendetta then. The problem with the Cortese internet fan club is that if you dare to point out anything he didn't do well then you have a personal vendetta or agenda.

I have no idea what you're on about.

It's pretty clear that a number of people on this forum are supporters of Nicola Cortese not southampton FC.

Never really got the Man United hate. Yes they have a lot if helmet plastic fans but they are no more annoying than spurs, Chelsea and Liverpool fans. They are a club to be admired IMO. Always had a good academy and produced quality players, including IMO two of the greatest British players of last 30 years in Giggs and Scholes. Ferguson also built teams rather than buying the best individuals, you look at his transfer policy through his 20 years of success and it was always buying the best young talent available, he never really brought superstars in the way Chelsea and Man city do, in the main is was quality young talent and mould them into a Man United team. They also played an exciting attacking brand of football and there was never a dull moment watching them. People moan about Fergie time and the way man united where under him but that's because he was a winner and never accepted anything less than that. They might well be doing a Liverpool for the next few years but I've always felt they won and did it the right way.

Still playing the post not the poster I see.

The badges on the socks fell off very quickly on mine. Disgracefully poor quality. I wrote into on the march fanzine to express my disgust as there were no mongboards in those days to complain on.

Oh you're for it now "small fry" they'll hit you with the 'failing to see the bigger picture' lamblast, or if they really want to get you then stand by for the laughing emoticon, a dagger through the heart of all serious posters, that'll rattle you Fried.

FFS will you have some perspective!!

Seems to be its you that's struggling with that old boy.

Before you start with your "in 1887 we wore a sash, in 1892 we wore red and white quarters and in 1932 we wore blue shorts so we dont have a tradition" nonsense, a tradition is by definition "A long-established custom or belief that has been passed on from one generation to another:" SInce 1951 we've worn stripes with black shorts aside from a period in the 80s' and now. 60 odd years which makes that is long established custom which has passed through 3 generations of Saints fans. So just shut up you plank. PS i'm not fussed about stripes.

I'm still expecting us to sign players for reasonable amounts of money, but it'll be more looking for the next Benteke than chasing marque, ego signings like Osvaldo. Im fine with this, i'd much rather have a promising player from the Belgian or Dutch league who wants to come to England and play in the premier league than a someone from Serie A who isn't wanted there and only here because we're the only clu that'll take him.
-
I cant believe this. I immediately booked flights to Korea, China and Australia on seeing this costing me £3854, these are non refundable and this is a joke?
-
When you say personal agenda, do you mean an opinion different to the accepted one on here? some people seemed unable to see any fault in him whatsoever, blinding sucking up what they were told and finding all sorts of ways to justify his actions.
-
Credit where it's due, he did that on the football side. It was other areas of the club he failed to do that in.
-
Dont get stroppy. If one of the directors is the same and the owner is the same it isn't a completely new regime like you said it was, is it.
-
Ask not If you can sell virtually no more corporate seats and boxes in the Premier league than in L1, but how.
-
No it isn't. THe CFO is now the CEO, The owner is the same. There are a couple of new directors, rather than one all powerful being who wouldnt let the owner know what he was doing. It isn't a new regime.
-
Of course he left of his own accord. He was a hero and miracle worker and the meltdown and mass player unrest that were warned is now coming to fruition. Myself and the other "trolls" that suggested he wasn't anything other than the greatest man who has ever lived have certainly been shown up.
-
Pretty clear why they wanted shot of Nick Nack.

City need a win, so if we can keep them at bay for half hour then they might start getting anxious which will work in our favour, However I fully expect them to beat us, probably comfortably 3-1.
