  1. I can clearly see that some people are struggling to differentiate between computer games and the real world. This comes as no surprise.
  2. :lol::lol: Quality!!
  3. Well done. you've managed to work out from watching Rickie Lambert that he's a striker and that Clyne is a right back. Excellent work. Who care. What impact and relevance does a players position on a computer game have in the real world?
  4. Please explain what impact and meaning his position on a computer game has in the real world.
  5. You're right. It doesn't mean anything.
  6. I expect Cortese keeps them all for his private bog.
  7. HE says Chelsea wanted him in the summer. I'd imagine he'll be linked to Arsenal as well.
  8. now that is a player i'd love to see in a Saints shirt. WIll never happen though.
  9. I agree. It's all about standards and if we are openly displaying sloppy attitudes to hygene then it should come as no suprise that that permeates through to the squad. You have to wonder if the constant defences mistakes were reflective of our slapdash approach behind the scenes.
  10. Why would they speak to Harry Redknapp about food hygine?
  11. It's not his book. The Sun Zi Nige quotes was an ancient chinese military general, strategist and philosopher. Not a Zambian footballer currently training at Reading. Mr Wrong.
  12. There have been no reports of this being found yet.
  13. It's interesting to note that all of the tops clubs with the exception of Man United scored well in the report. There is clearly a link between Food Hygine and league positon. Lots of work to do Mr Cortese.
  14. Strangely the warrior diet that i mentioned above contradicts this. I too had always assumed this was the case too, however in past times man would eat small meals during the day that they'd get from the land whilst out hunting and then gorge himself at night with what they had brought home during the day, although this would be done during a 2 hour window in the evening, this is the basic concept of this diet. The key is making sure what you eat late are the right things, proteins from meat, poultry and fish, fresh veg and so on. Not coming having a big plate of pasta or chips and so on late at night. The people i know and have read about who have followed the warrior diet are in great shape so it's not so much when you eat but what you eat.
  15. Ehh? Lambert was offisde so couldn't touch it, Rodriguez was no where near it and i dind't realise Ramirez was a six yard box goal poacher, plus he was also on the pitch when it happened so not quite sure what you are on about.
  16. wasnt he England U21 captain once? Was very highly rated and considered a bit of a coup when he came here. Never lived up to it though which was a shame as he is a top lad by all accounts.
  17. we are considering bringing him back to give us a bit more bite in midfield.
  18. nothing but propganda with Clever and leading questions from the lazy journalists.
  19. Yeah, he turned down Spartack Moscow in the summer, according to the lying, anti Saints agenda driven media.
  20. Its the standard Spaz board response that when anyone says we want anyone with experience they automatically either list sh*t current premier league players or sh*t players we've signed in the past. You should know that now Jamie. tsk.
  21. Lallana seems to be on there already.
  22. Do you think they'd give a toss? All that would happen is other clubs would mock our sh*t support. It needs every club to do it, but with so many football tourists and day trippers that'll go to these clubs i cant see it changing anytime soon. Football is being less and less about the fans every season. It's now totally for day trippers and TV.
  23. /\ i dont know mate. HIT seems to be all the rage and very fashionable at the moment, ie 15 minutes or so of going at it like a lunatic. they always used to say that the best thing was steady state cardio and that you burnt less fat when you're heart rate was higher, seems to change every few years. End of the day if you do something you'll burn calories and fat. Not much wrong with doing a 30 minute run and a few weights three times a week, you'll burn off 1000-1500 calories doing that, combined with a good diet the weight will drop off you, just remember if you're doing weights you'll build muscle as well, which weighs three times more than fat, so you're weight loss wont be as great as just dieting, but you'll look far more toned and athletic. All this scientic research is all well and good but people get confused, best way is just to have a plan and stick to it.
  24. This sounds nessasary Les as you are clearly struggling to understand.
  25. I agree 100%. Especially with the last bit, as this is what everyone seems to want. Had plenty of abuse myself.
