I could afford it but it costs more to pay by installments, that way I can give SFC and Cortese more of my money rather than doing it the cheap way of paying up front to save money, you peasant.
-
I think it was just Timmy being bitter as usual, this time because he's still wearing his worn out Hi Tec squash trainers.
-
Do you think Cortese would want a player that takes that view and it waiting for others options rather than commiting to the vision?
-
mine was due out on the first and nothing out yet nor has my mate.

I dont know what the problem is. I think some Rangers songs make valid points. Such as The famine is over, so why don't they go home? Its a perfectly reasonable question.
-
I don't feell that you have used anywhere near enough emoticons on this post.

I did one in the Serengeti when we went on safari, it was amazing. The highlight was flying over trees and the captain said to look over the side of the basket and running between the trees below us was a leopard with a cub in its mouth. We were literally about 20 foot above it scraping the top of the trees. Never done one in this country but it is a brilliant thing to do.

Not sure how you work out that De Ridders 3 goals in his Saints career equates to scoring more goals from midfield. Or how you can say he has a better first touch, neither are particularly great. Or how he is better at tracking back when he's regularly been used as an attacking option off the bench when we've been chasing a game. Don't recall too many instances of great tracking back in those games. Well done on spotting that he is quicker though.

And pace, down forget pace. Hence the clamour for every new signing to have pace. Hence the hero worship given to Steve De Ridder, despite his end product being woeful on most occasions. Hence the fact Antonio is a footballing god for some fans in these parts. Work rate, effort, pace. These are the only things that matter.

We aren't the only club in for him, although we are further down the line than the others.
-
Not the most enthusiastic interview I've ever heard despite the awful interviewer trying to convince him he should be excited about everything.
-
You obviously know nothing about the history of the two clubs.

For once you're right dumbass. This was probably thebest performance from a Saints Team ive ever seen. Totally dominated easily the best team in England by playing fast attacking football. IIRC we hit the wood work 3 times as well with Rideout smashing one against the bar from 30 yards with a great shot when the score was still 0-0. That was a great side. Makes you wonder what might have been if we'd kept Nicholl, who was sacked for finishing 12th the following season, or got someone decent in instead of Branfoot and been able to keep that team together.

He stormed out in disgust when he heard the Rangers fans singing.

This is what angers me about it most as well. I'm literally furious that they dare disrespect us by singing these songs at SMS. I don't care much for the songs or history behind the sectarian violence but singing them at SMS is disgraceful.they should know that most of our fans are easily offended by this sort of thing and bore that in mind before they stated this obscene chanting.

Summer 2012 HCDAJFU Thread - Premier League Special Edition
Turkish replied to Jimmy_D's topic in The Saints
I'd prefer to have Anna Friel in the hole. -
I hope there was a loud and passionate rendition of "we are Southampton, your songs offend us" to really put these vile scum in Their place.
-
Were they so loud it interrupted your "me time"?
-
It's one thing to get a club of Saints size promoted from L1 and the championship, quite another to get them competing on an even footingwith some of the worlds biggest clubs. Although clearly this is far too difficult for you to understand.
-
So bitter Timmy. What's up? Want to talk about it?
-
Do you not agree that if a manager comes out and says the club with no history of sustained success are aiming for the champion league he is doing one of two things. Telling people what they want to hear or has a reason to believe it is possible?
-
I love it how excited some of you lot are. As I'm sure Blackburn fans were when they read this http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/jul/26/blackburn-rovers-champions-league That went well then. One thing to say it, doing it is quite a different matter.
-
Ha, nice try but not quite sunshine. The money was taken automatically and I figured as I'd paid it I might as well continue to give you the benefit of my insight and humour.

With that sort of realistic outlook, Are you sure this the mong board for you sir?
