Like with anything, if you want to reach a conclusion and want to believe something then you will do.
-
Only in England is patriotism confused with racism.
-
But Schniderlin cost a £1m and was recomended by George Prost i believe, i think it's safe to say whoever recomend the other two should no longer work in football.
-
iam hurt to think that you would think i would wear a Saints hat JB.

Delighted no one left which was the key, delighted to get Chaplow and Gully on permemnant deals, dont know anything about the new players so will reserve judgement although they seem to give us pace and power and options we have been missing. Disapointed we didn't make a "big" signing to improve the first 11, rumour has it from a reliable source we were talking to Peterborough about Joe Lewis and CMS right up until the close of the deadline. All in all though pretty happy, 7.5/10.

Sounds very similar to Antonio, which will have some creaming themselves. Physically strong and quick but inconsistant and not a great football brain, probably make a great "impact player" at this level and lets hope the "superb coaching and sports science can improve the parts of his game he is lacking in.

to be fair to Supermikey, league one crowds= smaller attendances and quieter stadium so therefore = more "me time".
-
Lol, i remember another manager of ours saying Ryan Smith was world class!
-
I hope Puncheon doesn't move and stays with us rotting training with the youth team. teach him to be such a c*nt.
-
Regarding Forte surely the most important thing is what is he like on football manager? Does anyone have his stats?
-
A respected poster on the UI board has said that Peterborough have had bids from 2 NPC and a league one club for Joe Lewis, he wants out, Adkins is a fan and he would be happy to join us. Great signing if true.

I agree, quite often when the whole ground is singing the Chapel and Itchen are a couple of lines behind the Northam, means SMS has an echoing sort of sound. The Northam needs to slow the f*ck down, everyone knows this so why dont they?
-
and 95% of our fans ignored it as well.
-
If he goes or stays he'll still be bench warming for a NPC club next season.
-
so the two biggest threads of the season so far were for a player who isn't leaving and another who isn't joining. Neither thread based on any fact, just pure speculation and ITKness.
-
It does matter according to some on here, if Lallana had been playing if we had shot from 3 yards or 30 yards they would go in, simply because he is on the pitch.
-
IN theory of course you are correct, but It never will until the abolish transfer fees and ban agents. no club is going to keep a player worth £20m for all his contract knowing he'll leave for nothing at the end of it. They'll cash in when they can. Equally if a player signs a contract at 17 on £5k a week but two years down the line are being tipped for greatness and gets tapped up and offered £20k a week somewhere else with an agent in their ear telling them to move on as they get a handsome % of the fee then they are likely to want to go. The only thing contracts mean these days is a temporary show of commitment from the player and club, both will be shot of the other if its in their best interests.

The atmosphere at Birmingham v West Ham last week was awesome, clueless c*nts though, i'd much rather be at Wallsall v Hartlepool.
-
To be honest we should be on watchdog for selling him for over £1m, they were utterly fleeced.
-
seems to do okay for Rapid Vienna and internationals. Surely that is a lower standard than L1 and the NPC? I dont know anything about him.
-
How do you know? The last time we regularly had premier league fans here you were 12.
-
Surely Alpine would know all about this boy?

I am driving and according to Multimap it's 2hrs 45 mins by car. I'd imagine it'll be 3.-4hrs by coach, still means bingo bus will be there at 3pm. I hope they all bring lots of blankets and flasks of coffee to keep them warm, 2 hrs is a long time to keep warm. Bloody train was 3 1/2 hours, 3 changes and £65 quid FFS.

IMO Jaidis miss was a bad one, Puncheons missed from about 7 yards, i wouldn't say this was a half chance, Guly should definitely have squared it to Chamberlain, no doubt about it. If only Lallana had been playing, even though he'd have had nothing to do with any of the moves we'd have scored with all three chances because the players would automatically be better finishers and make better decisions if he was on the pitch. In fact his presence alone and movement would also have taken the Notts County defender away from the goal line so Fontes header would have gone in as well.

This is probably the best and most accurate post i have ever seen. If i was wearing a hat i'd take it off to you. The only thing missing is the ridiculous comment is the summer that Saints are the most attractive team for a player to join outside of the Champions league sides and we can sign who we want.
