  1. You think you will be judging yourself then?
  2. It wouldn't happen, how many English players have been a success abroad? Beckham, David Platt, Steve Mcmananan, Glen Hoddle after that i am stuggling in my football lifetime. The top foreign players in the PL would go abroad, but in the 90's the top players played in Italy and you could argue the England team was better then than it is now by a country mile.
  3. I think your words were 'tell me your football qualifications (not champ manager), lets see what you really know.' - not implying that he knows nothing eh? I think that statement proves your guilt beyond reasonable doubt......... And of course i claim disability, otherwise those jokers down the dole office would have me on some training scheme, why on earth would i want to earn £15k as a labourer when i can do double that sitting on my arse. Feel sorry for you working hard today when i'll be out in the front garden on my deckchairs later, still lucky you are such a top bloke and are grafting for me. Does it annoy you, that effectively 25% of your working day is going in my pocket, although you being such a top bloke and all, you probably are inthe 40% bracket, more cider and fags for me!!!!
  4. and those that i missed.... W- Welsh, the nationality of Joe Calzaghie, one of the great boxers these shores has ever produced, although he has Italian roots and was trained by an Italian whose training tips would not have included, giving up, backing down or quiting. Sometihng Mr Wilde could learn from U - Ultras, name give to Italian hooligans, particularly the rome based one are famous for having influcence over their clubs board rooms, also not known to suffer fools gladly, which is what they wouldn't have done to Mr Wilde
  5. It isn't the pinnicle though is it. If England played in the premier league, based on the performances in this tournement they would be relegated, cutting them some slack as the players are better than their performances i still dont think England would qualify for the champions league. Capello and Erickson have decent records at club level, yet the best we got was quarter finals. When a manager of Capellos standard cant get the team to perform you seriously have to look at the players, who are simply not good enough, outclassed today by an average German side. This was supposed to be the golden gerneration remember, a team capable of actually bloody well winning something, it cant all be the fault of a succession of managers. However, It is the fault of the FA, the premier league have to much power and the whole of english football is geared towards making money and the premier league not the national team. Until they start focussing on developing young british players then we will get worse. It is embraassing that during this torunment the cream of English football at times looked so uncomfortable on the ball, couldn't pass sideways 15 yards and control was awful. An international manager is not responsible for fundemental weaknesses in supposedly international class players.
  6. Didn't do too bad in Holland, remains to be seen how he gets on in Germany. Seriously, its not the manager, its an easy cop out to blame the manager, Hoddle, Sven, McClaren, etc. Capello has a first class record at club level, if he cant get them performing no one can. Well except for all of us experts on the internet of course.
  7. (h) England never fought like a bunch of five year olds and let the germans destory them
  8. would it make you feel better?
  9. Thats the thing, Germany were good, but not outstanding, they just did the basics well. England were so poor defensively it was untrue, the first goal was like you see at a tyro under 11s game. I wonder what Smirking saint will have to say as yet again its another occasion when Englands players have been shown up for what they are when it matters.
  10. spot on.
  11. if anyone uses that as an excuse they are a moron. England didn't lose because of that, they lost because they were **** in 3 games, average in one, defended like 5 year old, cluesless going forward and a team full of arrogant, overrated players. How can a professional footballer at any level not be able to pass 15 yards when unchallenged?
  12. hmmmmm maybe this was not so ridiculous afterall......
  13. playing a player out of position is the most logical answer? The most logical answer would be that AP thinks Dickson is as good as or even a better player than Harding and wants two good players for every postion. Hence why he is rumoured to be after two right backs, why we have two good goalkeepers, 4 decent centre halves, why he wants a new striker to along with RL, LB & DC and new midfield players, 24 good players in a squad, not 11 good ones and 11 HCDAJFU's which would make us a lot weaker due to injuries, suspensions, tiredness. 46 games + 3 cups is a long old season.
  14. You asked for his qualifications, implying that unless someone had studied football coaching and had qualifications then they know nothing. I'm sure Lawrie Mcmenemy and Brian Clough (RIP) never had any formal football qualifications but if you hold a entry level refeering badge then in your world you'd be more knowledgable than them. YOu have your own house?! Why do that when you can be on the dole and get a council one for nowt like me. Its ironic you'd spend yesterday installing a kitchen, i had the council stick a new one in for me over the last week, for nothing of course which you paid for and you also paid for the guy who fit it, didn't lift a finger myself as usual. In a round about sort of way you worked on my house yesterday too, thanks. What with me being a 16 year old school leaving, bitter, benefit, tax fiddling scum bag an' al'.
  15. this one is funny.
  16. we wont make another signing, ever.
  17. Hilarious twist on our user names, how long did it take you to think that up? I think you need to read my posts againpal, never once have i defended their actions. What i have said time and time again is that a year upwards in jail for shaking a fence is over the top. Anyway, i'm getting bored with this thread now as most seem to think that if you dont sit on the lock them up and throw away the key side you fully support their behaviour and are incapable of grasping that i dont but compared to other sentances given out, as posted on this forum, theirs were grossly excessive.
  18. I particularly liked the black, slightly camp Birmingham guy in the yellow jacket that was far to big for him that said 'comeradere' about 50 times. The highlight being when he was saying 'hold, hold, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH'!!!! Danny Dyer is such a **** in them too, some of these are quite funny though, loads of them on youtube
  19. :lol::lol::lol::lol:
  20. Was on someones facebook status mate
  21. is like the second world war, the French surrdendered early, the Italians surrdendered as soon as they could the USA came in at the last minute and we are left to fight the Germans.
  22. Yet more arrogance from our resident Rumple of Bailey. In between filling in benefit forms i actually stumbled on this post where i see you appear to be claiming that unless someone has a masters in football coaching and tactics (although obviously with your knowledge of law there is an overlap) they shouldn't comment on if a left back should be a long term solution as a right back. What you arrogantly said on the other thread was that as you stuided law you have a better idea about it than me and that i clearly knew sweet FA about the law, yet i am still to see any demostration of this superior knowledge anywhere. ie your point about shouting 'i am going to kill Pompey fans' being considered assault which carries a max term of 6 months when they were charged with violent disorder, which carries up to 5 years. Anway, what are you up to today? Watching video reruns of Tom Cruise in the Firm?
  23. ohh here we go, (rubs hands gleefully!) another A-Z!!! A - Azzurri, Italian for blue, a nation which has a reputation for turncoats, which Micheal Wilde turned out to be. O - offside, what the linesman decision was yesterday on italys 'goal' which would have made the score 2-2 and put the Ities through. As it turned out the gave up and let in a third goal anyway, so they quit, which is exactly what Micheal Wilde did when things got tough for him at Saints P- Pasta - the staple food for Italians, a nation which has a reputation of turncoats, which is exactly what Micheal Wilde is Q - Queers- what Mussolini tried to outs in Italy when he wasn't trying to switch sides during the second world war, probably an idiology shared by side switching Micheal Wilde R - Rimini- a holiday resort in Italy which many Italians would go to to get over a year of quiting, MIcheal WIlde probably has a holiday home there S- Sierie A- the name given to the Italian top flight, which is the english equvilent of the premier league, which Micheal Wilde said he would take saints, until he quit, just like an italian T - The Stade Dell Alpi- The stadium of the Alps, home of Juventus the biggest team in Italy, who play in black and white, white, by coicidence is the colour of the flag Micheal Wilde waved to Rupert Lowe when put under a bit of pressure V - vesuvius, a large volcano in southern Italy which destoryed the ancient City of Pompeii 1900 years ago, although it would take much less than a volcano eruption, maybe just a few harsh words, for Micheal Wilde to let his hold on saints be destroyed. X - Xavi, a spanish footballer, who was the envy of top Italian Sides but decided to stay loyal to his club, unlike a certain Saints chairman Y - Yes- trasenlated into Italian is Si, something micheal Wilde could not help saying everytime Rupert Lowe asked anything of him during their tenour Z - Zidane, played for top Italian side Juventus but then when offered a better deal at Real bite their hand off, just like a certain Saints chairman did when RL offered him 30 pieces of silver to betray his saints ideology.
  24. agreed, its camoflage, Davis can leap out of his goal and stop the shot like a cheetah killing a zebra in the serengeti.....
