I havent really got a job, i sit around the house all day on the internet taking on different personas on different websites and dreaming of instant riches. It's the closest i get to interacting with people, what with being a ginger haired graduate with rich parents.

Bit like the Germans episode on Fawlty Towers, comedy genius but the PC brigade would be in uproar if anything like that was released today.

I can multitask.

I really dont think we need to over analyse every word of every statement. It was just the usual rallying call from a captain that most clubs churn out after a bit of upheavel. Nothing more nothing less and just states the bleeding obvious. No one is going to come out saying everyone hated Pardew and wanted him out or everyone loved him and are devestated he has gone.

Me too and they are just as bad, why anyone would be happy to laze about not wanting to make anything or do anything with their life is beyond me.

Stop bullying me.

Hello Johnny boy, i am very happy in my life as it happens, just to make you feel all warm and fluffy. However, what i have respect for is people that work hard and achieve things for themselves not have it handed to them on a plate or think they should do. Be that someone like Alan Sugar who has built up a business empire from the back of a van, or a guy that goes Hod Carrying 7.30-4.30 on a building site in all sorts of weather (i have done this by the way), nurses, firemen etc. Guys and girls that are proud and work hard and get where they are through graft and ability. Not just an assumption that because their parents are rich, they deserve to be too. BTW, my kids (if we decide to have any) will be educated in state comprehensives, i dont want them going to private schools, looking down their nose at working class people. They will not be pampered little brats given everything their hearts desires for no return. They will get pocket money, presents etc, but they will work for it. THey will have traidtional moral values instilled in them. Anyway sermon over.

People that are called or described by themselves or others as a "character" or "mad" are, without exception, utter c*nts.
-
You are right, too much sh*te american "humour" on TV. Kids these days are the Friends generation, raised on happy clappy, lets all have a hug and it'll be alright nonsense. Everything is all about polictical correctness and loving everyone. Some of the lame excuse for comedy these days is pathetic. All this namby pamby sh*t dilutes the traditional british humour which is p*ss taking and self depreciation. If people laugh at themselves these days they lack confidence apparantly, if people laugh at others they are a bully. For example my mate is in his mid thirties, split up with his wife a year ago and she now has a new fella. Despite pretending otherwise he is struggling to come to terms with it so our response to help him through it is to remind him that the new guy is better looking, richer, got a bigger c*ck and is a better dad than he'll ever be. I'd imagine some of the pathetic, pampered little oiks being raised at the moment wouldn't be able to deal with issues through humour, they'd cry, want councilling and mope around feeling sorry for themselves amind constant cries for attention via facebook with "i feel so low" "i am so angry with someone" etc statuses.

Bit harsh on Paul Hart though,
-
“For once, it wasn’t just his team that got spanked,”:lol: To be honest, i didn't know any of that, dont care much for Derby. His record of promtion is exceptional though.
-
I dont care, he gets teams promoted, what they do outside of work doesn't interest me. In anycase, it's not like they have been accused of rape is it. It takes two (or more) to f*ck.
-
No to Paul Jewell yet you want someone who has got experience on getting teams promoted? Jewell done both of your criteria, he did this from L1 to the Prem with Wigan and CCC to the Prem with Bradford, surely Jewell has a better reputation for promtion than any of the ones you say you want?
-
at the time wasn't it hailed a masterstroke? The more i think about it, outside of the dream pair of O'Neill or Curbishley, i think Paul Jewell is the man for the job. He is very good at getting teams promoted.
-
everyone is ITK.
-
We dont know the reasons why, but based on results and the fact it was the last day of the transfer window we should have kept him until November at least.
-
It's nothing to do with him being a Crewe fan, it's peoples opinions outside of SO postcodes as to who would join us and how deluded some fans are that they expect this or better. Given Pardews sacking, i expect someone decent, but at the same time am not arrogantly expecting a whole host of top bosses to be falling over themselves to join us like some seem too.
-
It was madness to sack him. SOme of you, as well as being mental, dont read things properly. WHat i said was people have grip of us being a league one club. Turing their nose up at Alan Curbishley, one person even Martin O'Neill FFS.
-
You are very good at only reading what you want to. No where have i said it guarentees success. No one, not Mounrinho, Fergusson, etc is certain to be successful. What is likely though is that if someone has been (relatively) successful at a higher level then they are likely to be successful at a lower level. It's common sense. If you actually read my posts on other threads, i would like Paul Jewell as our manager, because he is good at getting team promoted, what he is evidently not so good at is keeping them there. Something Zola has done, like it or not, which you wont as it doesn't suit you agenda. Steve bruce seemed to do okay with Wigan so it shows it was possible to be realtively successful there. And look at West Ham now, bottom and pointless with a supposedly better manager than Zola. If you also care to read the original post properly, i said we should be grateful to get a manager with top flight experence as many are going on about Zola hasn't done this, Curbishley hasn't done that etc. We are a league one club FFS.
-
f*ckin' hell, where do you go?
-
The fact that we have approach Paul Hart suggests this, unless it's a smokescreen, but i doubt it.
-
95% of fans excel at that.
-
Not anymore you cant
-
Which is why i never go there unless its specifically to buy something.

I'm not so against it for evening games, a lot of people, myself included might go to the match without any tea, so then it is slightly more acceptable. Most games are 3pm, does everyone stop at 3.45 during a working week and go and feel their greedy, fat, faces with as much food as they can? Of course they dont, its just greed, I dont understand why people feel the need to fill their faces everytime they leave the house. It's not just football. It's the same when people cant go shopping without having a coffee in the M&S cafe or similar, f*cking restaurants at IKEA now, whatever next???
