Coming out of the group with 7 points, 9 goals and two clean sheets is a very decent start. Wales and Iran were both very poor sides though. We look some much better when we play at a higher tempo. Given the systemic racism in the US of A maybe they will extend the Rooney rule to squads, where every squad has to have a percentage of BAME players.
