  1. Crab lungs comment about the press being to blame made me think it was this, they were about to do an exclusive about it whilst he was in a country where it’s banned. like I said though no idea.
  2. What do you think it is? I have no idea
  3. Justice, what a save!
  4. How is that a penalty? Jesus wept

  6. Maybe we should have one about how proud we are to be in the premier league
  7. always liked VAR
  8. fucking French
  9. I’m just grateful for every second we spend in this fabulous league. Sooner or later we will return to our rightful place of being the young kid with their nose pressed up against the window of the local pub staring in at all the older, cooler kids having fun, hoping one day we will be welcomed in again. When we go down of course it’ll be sad but we shouldn’t be sorry it’s over we should be glad it happened
  10. Damn, missed that one! No doubt they will complain calling that Trans fats is offensive and needs to be renamed before too long
  11. Do you know what that would make a cracking series 😃

  14. more than 10 we need to be getting 16-18 IMO. We should be looking to win the home games Brighton, Forest, Villa, Wolves, Leicester then pick up a win and a few draws away. It's as good a run of fixtures any new manager could hope for. if we only get 10 points we'll be on 22 with 11 games left. In April we play City at home and Arsenal and Newcastle away, nothing from those games meaning we'd have to beat Bournemouth and Palace to give us any chance.
  15. It might help promote LGBT rights but look at all that red zone fat, saturates and salt. Some might say it's a thinly veiled plot by the homophobic bosses at M&S to give LGBTs high blood pressure and cholesterol.
  16. We pulled out World Cup 2030: UK & Republic of Ireland FAs abandon 2030 bid to focus on Euro 2028 - BBC Sport an expensive vanity project was how it was described by the Tory MP
  17. He probably is. Never lost a game in 90 minutes as well i believe. People might not like Southgate or his style but you cant really fault his record in tournaments. Only second manager to reach a final and only second manager to reach a semi final outside of England. You could argue that neing negative cost us the games against Croatia and Italy but you could equally argue Kane missed a very good chance to put us 2-0 up against Croatia and Italy could have gone either way.
  18. Brendan Johnson looks okay and been alright for Forest but aside from him they all looked very poor.
  19. mental health Covid-19 affects BAME youth mental health more than white peers – study | Mental health | The Guardian
  20. It's all very well to smugly post after the event but he was poor in the first half. He improved second half as did the rest of them.
  21. Such is the interest in football in the USA on the day they were playing to qualify for the next round of the World Cup our USA team put on a hockey event watching some game over there with a load of customers 🙄
  22. Missed a good chance tonight as well. I thought he was poor first half decent second half but went off with 20 minutes left so in truth had a good 25 minute spell against a very poor team. Let’s not get carried away.
  23. Sounds like a farce, hardly the best teams from each continent which is what it should be. They’ll be a load of whipping boys who get thrashed. Plus it’ll be so spread out location wise there really isn’t any need to spread it out over three huge countries.
  24. Coming out of the group with 7 points, 9 goals and two clean sheets is a very decent start. Wales and Iran were both very poor sides though. We look some much better when we play at a higher tempo. Rashford was poor in the first half IMO, touch was well off and kept giving it away. Improved in the second half his first goal was decent but second was straight at the keeper. Lot of hype about him as expected but he won’t get away with that against a better team than wales.
  25. Given the systemic racism in the US of A maybe they will extend the Rooney rule to squads, where every squad has to have a percentage of BAME players. Goals scored by openly gay players count as double to show our support for them and all meat and alcohol banned from the competition so it doesn’t offend our vegan or Muslim visiting fans.
