It’s not a question of being sophisticated. It’s a very simple question that you seem to be getting very angry about. How is a gay person “coming out” normalising homosexuality?
-
He was on loan for about 10 games in the early 80s
-
Utter nonsense but no surprise that led to accusations of being homophobic My point is for it to normalised why do we need them coming out? “Coming out” isn’t normalising it as heterosexual people don’t come out.
-
You’re missing point. He said it’s need to be normalised, how is a gay person announcing they’re gay normalising it?
-
I’d drive him here myself
-
I see you’re fighting the cause for men against domestic violence across multiple forum!
-
How will it be normalised if more come out? Do we need people to come out as heterosexual too?
-
If he's got kids then the schools in Romsey, HIghfield and Lymington are some of the best in the country. Plus his missus will LOVE West Quay.

You could always contribute a bit more. There are a whole host of subjects we could cover, don't leave it all to us. People complain that threads are dominated by a small group of posters yet never contribute themselves and/or get all angry if the opinion is not one they share and resort to accusations of trolling.

Why is it? Who thought we'd sign Kevin Keegan? Didn't they once say man would never walk on the moon?
-
It's it great to just be linked with those players! A real statement of intent.

Great at dictating play that boy

He claims someone said something derogatory about her and she somehow saw it, was in tears and made him promise he would never post on here again, but within a week or so he was back!

Whatever happened to that grade A clam Verbal? Always desperate to point the figure of racism as someone. It was hilarious when his wife banned him from here, but he kept on posting nonetheless, I guess this place was more important to him than his marriage.

Just to prove how popular threads just for information are...…...

A player has come out and said the fans had an impact on the performance straight after the game, sorry you don’t want to believe it’s possible.
-
If you think fans don’t made a difference then I suggest you listen to this from after the spurs league game.
-
Spot on. Things like ironically cheering pelle, boruc and Forster, giving standing ovations to Walcott and chamberlain when they’d spent the entire game on gulys back. Proper weird behavior. We do have a lot of get it forward types and ones who only want to spend 90 minutes slagging their own players off.
-
Spurs away we collapsed, wolves home we collapsed, Liverpool away was their biggest league home win of the season, then there was burnley. But yesy its all fine and it just me wanting us to fail.
-
It beggars belief. We’ve taken 11 points at home all season and been terrible at home for 3 years. We’re now back to pre purple patch form and can very easily get sucked back into a proper relegation battle with a couple of weekend results going against us. I’m amazed at the complacency on here.
-
Of course results = form. We’ve developed a bad habit of playing well and losing. Our defeat at anfield was the biggest defeat there for any club this season. We collapsed against wolves and spurs, yesterday was just poor. As I said many time during our good run and was shouted down, we were an average team with the same players who had got us in the mess in the first place playing at their maximum, it was never going to last. We won’t go down but we could easily be sucked back into it, so yes we are in a relegation battle.
-
Bizarre that you appear to be saying we cannot sign players because we have to pay players we already have.
-
That’s why I never included the loan players in rough workings. Either way the accounts will make interesting reading, I’d expect huge losses given what we’re being told on here.
-
Of course we don’t know exactly but there are plenty of sources to gain a relatively accurate indication from. You said yourself long is on c£60k a week for example. It’s also pretty well known Austin and gabbiadini were the top end of our earners. The fact remains that since Jan 2019 we’ve shifted 8 players permanently, some of them our highest earners and only brought 2 in both younger players bought for potential.

Unfortunately many on here don’t like answering uncomfortable questions honestly. It gets dismissed as trolling.
