He's not a lifelong fan of the club though which is a worry. I think we should fast track someone like Brian Howard to a similar role. That said, I don't care if he's successful or not just as long as he puts his heart and soul into his job and runs about a lot. That's the sign of a good bit of business. I want to see passion.
