I dont t usually agree with Stu but the club's communication, approach and logic has been poor. Expected better from SFC -

sorry but +1 -
if they leave it much longer, we will be able to buy it in the end of (next) season shop sale.
-
why don't someone ring up ask ask to meet NC to discuss it.
-
I was expecting a little more imagination with the pricing of STs.
-
I did not get very much right
-
I suspose they could have just sunk it.
-
It is not so much that they are not on sale, but the complete lack of info from the club which I find annoying.
-
people do not become billionaires by allowing their businesses to be comfortable. I hope it because they are going to do something special / interesting rather than lazy
-
I suspect they will take into account the overall potential loss to the treasurery when making their decision.

I am going for the idea the club wants to maximise STs but especially in parts of the ground that are unpopular. So Chapel / Itchen Corner becomes very cheap. Blocks 1-3 become STs + enhanced member scheme only. Enhanced member scheme - you have to buy 10 matches up front (or something similar). Also a Saturday only season ticket. Also a mid week only ST also a pre match day purchase rate and a higher match day purchase rate Introduction of Gold priced matches higher % increases on children ST tickets (if children tickets are too cheap, there is very little "penalty" for not turning up at matches) .. also link back to Saturday tickets. The reason for the delay is to wait until the fixture list is out to allow the above to be implemented ie allowing for a 20? match Saturday only ticket. Or the Bournemouth at SMS Boxing Day (or another Bank Holiday) to be a gold match. I think we are going to see a radical approach to ST and ticket sales. Plus I am expecting a very good player signing. The lack of info / publicity now is to get a real wow factor shortly.
