Not really. They will have suspected where he was maybe even been told by his friends & now they have confirmation and the shame of the rest of the world knowing. I work with plenty of ordinary Muslim men and women, who live ordinary lives and those with teenage boys, almost to a man/woman, are worried sick about what they are being told/preached/watching online etc. In many ways it's like us parents worrying about online grooming, kids getting in with the wrong crowds, drugs etc but with much more deadly consequences.

We are a selling club. We all are outside the very elite so the job our board has is to screw every penny we can out of the buying club and sell on our terms only. It sends out a clear and strong message to football; We decide when and how much and if you won't pay it the player doesn't leave. End of.

The clubs in bold we aren't competing with. Of the others who decent have they signed? Villa certainly haven't. Baggies are paying Lescott a fortune, so much so that other midland/northern clubs baulked at his demands. You think that the club haven't already got targets sorted and deals agreed? You think they've been sat around doing f**k all for weeks on end? Club got the manager most of us wanted. Let's trust them that they are doing the same for players.

Seems obvious but some queens appear to need something to have a drama about.

The campus is very much in Selly Oak. It may like to think it's in a smarter postcode, but it isn't. I lived (Kings Heath) and taught (Kings Norton & Northbridge) in the city for a number of years, it's sh*t. It's only blessing is that it's over the other side of the city from Nechells, Lozells and the other ghettos.

Birmingham is a top uni and has a great student scene but the drawback is that it's in Birmingham.

I would bet that those with kids who have gone, aged 12, from being classed as a child to being a young adult, with the massive jump in cost, have bailed by the droves. When I questioned the club about those costs, bearing in mind lads of the same ages we know who are ST holders at WBA & Stoke who pay way, way, way less, as does a kid we know who is a ST holder at City, the club replied that they cost more down south due to the cost of living.

It's not what you spend but rather who you spend it on.

And the club for being talked into it.

Look at how many bailed out on our descent.

wifi = other score updates during breaks in play, especially if I have wager on. It is almost impossible to get any sort of 3G/Wifi signal at any BPL ground.

I really can't see him coming back and, hopefully, the club has learnt its lesson!
