yes its fun when we have much better players and cash to fund it but once that goes next year it will be as fun as herpes.

Im totally unsurprised from what I had seen of him. The only doubt I had was his recovery from 2 quite serious injuries. But certainly would of kept him for the championship season based on what we had coming through from the academy. Not sure about contract situation but i doubt he would have turned down an extra year. Shame really i think we will come to regret it if we dont already.

He also authorised (according to Joe Tessem) the sale of Dom Ballard to a League 1 club without givign the guy fresh from a long injury a chance to show his value. That worked out well just not for him/ us.

Fuck me thats total bollox. Sideways, the boy is always looking to play forward when he can in my view. you profile on X must be issy Prada who posts identical shyte.

Not sure any of them will go if we can secure promotion.

Agree with this and is pretty much my position. I do wonder how it may have turned out if he had demanded a decent centre forward, a right back and a keeper so he could have played a 4 at the back system. I suspect if we hadnt had bree peretz and Larin join in January we woudnt be anywhere near 6th. Small margins change outcomes and with it confidence improves.

My AI has Predicted the following Final Standings (If Southampton win all 8 gas) Predicted Rank Team Projected Points Rationale 1 Coventry City 90-95 Currently on 77 points with 8 games left. Even with a dip, they remain heavy favourites for the title. 2 Southampton 84 A perfect run would likely see them leapfrog Middlesbrough and Ipswich, especially since they face Ipswich directly on 28 April. 3 Ipswich Town 82-84 Currently on 68 points with 9 games left. If they lose to Southampton but win elsewhere, they would finish very close to 84. 4 Middlesbrough 80-83 Currently on 70 points with 8 games left. Inconsistent home form makes it unlikely they would match a perfect Southampton run.

What like ever? big call 😂

although interestingly he has played far better as a wing back in a 5 than a winger in a back 4. Confidence is key i guess

Why o why did Tonder pick archer when he was happy to let him go a week ago. Fucking terrible decision. Just get rid of the useless krout.

Agree with this post. Too play 4 at the back with 2 wingers we absolutely need a Physical striker with some height / aerial ability. Larin and his record looks unremarkable but how many unremarkable target men are there in the championship that have done a job for teams to reach the playoffs. He may not get the goals but his physical presence suits us more than archer and armstrong's game. Clearly we will want Stewart to stay fit but we will need to be really careful with his minutes. Ill probably be proved wrong but im fairly confident that we create enough chances for a him to grab a few but its his physical presence that will be the real benefit.

Agree as Ross Stewart won’t be able to run by about Thursday
