yes changes with advance warning but to change twice is unacceptable in my opinion. The warning that it may change back based a other teams results one week before the game is unacceptable. I certainly don't buy a season ticket based on being aware that this may happen. I think this is unusual situation and as such the club should think about treating it so. Ultimately It comes down to your tolerance of poor customer service and you are clearly more accepting of the treatment of the fans than I am. Personally I think its pretty poor and you don't but I guess neither of us is right.

In addition, I think everyone was aware of the possibility of a change but the key issue for me is that ST holders are the only ones penalised. I understand that SKY / TV will be the deciding factor as to when a match is scheduled but I think the club could make a gesture to the small amount of ST Fans that are effected by offering a refund due the late nature of the change as a gesture of good will. It wouldn't take a great deal of effort to arrange an would be a great gesture to fans inconvenienced.
