Same old faces having a pop at someone for expressing an opinion. If I had a dog I'd use the snow as a great excuse to let it **** where it wants. Also, nobody moans about cats do they? When was the last time you saw a cat owner follow their cat around until it sh*ts and then pick it up? Double standards if you ask me.

4 and a half hours? I have done that journey in about 15 mins at night when It's quiet. I have no idea what the record is but believe me, you're nowhere near it.

Snow forecast Friday and Saturday currently. I'd be amazed if it went ahead.

It's time you realised that being better to a similar club a few miles down the road is, and should be, the most important thing in your life. Have a long hard think about what you posted.

5 trips to Wembley? I thought sarcasm was frowned upon on the main board?

Looks like I'm one of the few that has sympathy for Pompey fans. I hope they get through all this and the club survives as I think the south coast needs them. I would miss the banter personally. As for saying they deserve for gloating at us and our troubles, I see you're all rising above it and not doing the same thing back. Fans are fans, some good some bad.

Purple microdot. Excellent visuals without the paranoia. Enjoy.

Did you really rate the Maccabees record? I was thoroughly disappointed by it and I've given it a real chance.

If this thread isn't in golden posts in the morning I'll eat my hat.

Should we rest all the key players in the FAC?

You still haven't explained how changing the team is going to affect the confidence of the current first team. Surely having a rested and fresh side against a good Huddersfield team will be better than having beaten a non league side in the cup. Seems to me this cup run is all about having some away day at a prem side and getting soundly thrashed anyway, what will that do to our league form? -

We have to prioritise at this time of the season as there's so many fixtures in quick succession. I couldn't care less about the FA cup this year, are we going to win it? NO. If we go out now or in the 4th or 5th round it doesn't matter, we don't need the money like we used to. Stick out the reserves and see what happens. -
I agree with Ponty and WS. What other laws should we be allowed to flout because of ice and snow? Burglary, shop lifting? soliciting?

Trust, encouragement, reward, loyalty... satisfaction. That's what I'm... you know. Trust people and they'll be true to you. Treat them greatly, and they will show themselves to be great. -
I am amazed anyone would recognise Lee Holmes. I wouldn't know if he was stood next to me in the pub.

If something bad is symptomatic of something else, it is caused by the other thing and is proof that it exists

I'm not sure what to make of this thread now. I got quite drawn in emotionally by both sets of lyrics but now it seems that either one or both of them might be taking the p*ss. Well I hope you're both proud of yourselves, symptomatic of this forum of late.

What are they building opposite the entrance to the Guildhall? That glass place with the mosaic on the side?

Boj, have you tried doing any vocals yourself?

No, I didn't see it.

It is a chance for all of us to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ our saviour.

I can't see the current owners of the club being idiotic enough to miss out on shirt sponsorship because of some anniversary. They are businessmen and good ones at that. Hopefully we'll be in the CCC and would be a very attractive club to sponsor compared to others around us.

Personally I think that age has a major bearing in this. I wouldn't mind betting that the majority of people who slate the X factor are late 20's or above. I myself am in that bracket and wouldn't dream of watching it or listening to any of the music it produces but I wouldn't knock those that do. This thread is about making a statement about the state of pop music I assume? Pop being short for popular. Didn't over 10 million people vote in the X factor finals? Seems pretty conclusive to me that although I think it's crap a huge proportion of the public love it. It's time for the likes of me to move on, I will find the music I like as it still exists. I don't really care how popular it is really. My opinion on music is no more or less relevant than anyone else. Seems to me that buying a record simply to oust a formula you don't like is quite petty, and quite ironic.

I'm not sure we're going to agree on that one!! LOL!!
