I think I would have been more comfortable had we appointed a respected ceo like John Williams. I was pretty disappointed when we chose a complete novice and just les reed as the football person who it is rumoured is disliked by many of the players.

This is ridiculous. I don't care what a one says, if we lose Morgan and lovren as well then we are seriously going to struggle next season and I will be sorely disappointed that the board just allowed all these players to leave. It will be an unprecedented mass exodus the likes of which the prem have never seen before.

Lovren will be the one I will be most disappointed to lose. Closely followed by Morgan. I can handle the departure of Shaw and Adam but losing the other two is a huge blow and unprecedented for a team in our position to lose so much in one window.

Well spurs managed it last season eve if their choice of players was flawed. We are really going to have to cross our fingers that a high percentage of transfers in work out because we can't afford any duffers in the scale of ramirez, osvaldo etc. Players will need to hit the ground running and won't have as much time to learn the prem as they may have had in our team last year. This could get difficult...

Seems these deals have been done for a while and the fans have been played for fools. Any players we get in now will be a risk and it could be a very difficult year. I'm pretty disappointed to be honest because even though I expected them both to leave, I would have thought we would have done our business first. It's a bit of a stretch to say that every player who starts playing with better players will see their own game go through the roof. That doesn't follow with every player at all. It did with Shaw, but no guarantee it will happen with targett or others.

I don't believe that the club believe targett to be a far better option.
