From what we know about ML (admittedly not a great deal) that doesn't sound like the sort of person he is. Cortese on the other hand...

Stu, I think it's a bit of both really. I believe some of it is that Cortese is making a point that he can do pretty much what he likes and has all the power. It's only going to get worse IMO, probably to the point where I will be attending less and less games because I just cannot justify the cost. Sad for me but I doubt Cortese will care.

Why does it only come up with the thread and not the individual post? With something like the pompey takeover thread it is virtually impossible to find an individual post from a user.
