  1. Quite right soggy. Following the appaling death of Jo Cox there was quite rightly a focus on the evil ideology of white supremacy which I can presume we all agree was the correct response. Now following this equally appaling death we should quite rightly have a similar focus on the evil ideology that caused this which appears to be findamentalist Islam. This is particularly important given the stats I have already highlighted above. Agreed?
  2. I haven't seen a smiley face from him since they were made public though...
  3. I see you've ignored the stats I posted above.
  4. Yes but the point is that the religious mentalists are overwhelmingly from one religion according to the stats.
  5. Important to point out it's still a minority, albeit a minority that is vastly bigger than from other groups. It's clear there's an issue but political correctness or apologism means it won't be addressed.
  6. I know you're joking but it is a good point. You're claiming to use your own judgement in order to know that people are racist for opposing the taking of the knee yet you would prefer it to stop as well. Could I not use my own judgement about you and call you racist using the same logic that you are using?
  7. I don't doubt that there will be some racists in the UK that dislike the taking of the knee. My point is that disliking the knee taking does not make you a racist given the previous political associations with the action that you have already alluded to. America is different and that's a separate discussion. Personally I really dislike yank imports pretending that we have any sort of race problem in the UK that is even slightly on the same scale as something they have over there.
  8. So the taking of the knee has been tainted by previous political associations? Isn't that what the majority of opponents on here to the gesture have been trying to say? So it's not so much about anyone disliking knee taking just being racist then.
  9. So if the knee taking campaign was suddenly changed to the "no to racism" campaign that included the knee taking you think the opposition would disappear?
  10. That block yesterday to prevent the shot on target was superb and I thought that was going in at the time.
  11. So you think there's some ambiguity attached to the taking of the knee? I thought it was blindingly obvious and anyone who disagreed was a racist? Yet the no room for racism campaign is more clear about what it's aims are?
  12. Great start then. Gives us some breathing space and means we can afford a poor performance or result (obviously would prefer all wins though.)
  13. It's a little bit sad that possibly our best striker is a loanee. I'd much prefer that a loan signing is someone that you bring on to support the main strike force. Doubt we could afford him anyway so this is probably the best option. I hope that Adam Armstrong starts scoring regularly soon.
  14. He would never reference the clear and obvious problem that the Muslim community has with terrorism in the UK. It doesn't matter how many attacks there are.
  15. What do you think about the stats I posted above? It suggests that offences of this nature are vastly disproportionately committed by Asian or self identified as Muslim.
  16. He was my motm. So classy and strong it was great.
  17. Lol so true. Tella and Broja in please.
  18. It's a side point but I don't have any problem with someone discussing someone's ideas and whether they would have dangerous outcomes. That's not really the same as personal attacks or calling someone scum for example.
  19. I expect he is referring to the statistics such as this:
  20. It's a separate point and not really anything to do with this case, but I don't see why anyone has to refer to someone else as scum for simply being involved with a different mainstream political party from their own. I think supporters of Corbyn are ridiculous and he was potentially dangerous had he got into power but I don't doubt that they are largely kind people doing what they think is best. For some reason, some people on the left think it's acceptable to call their political opponents things like scum among other insults yet think they are justified in doing so. No side should be describing their opponents in such terms, it does add to an atmosphere where people from both sides feel justified in hurling abuse or worse at a politician because they disagree with their views. Diane Abbott is an awful politician with some extreme views that I would never agree with bit she deserves to go about her business free from extreme abuse just like everyone else.
  21. I see that bellend Femi has already started on twitter. The Internet has largely ruined society.
  22. Given that the last MP killed was used to further certain political aims in an absolutely shocking way, I hope that people avoid that temptation with this whoever the identity of the killer is.
  23. I miss the wanking one from saintsforever
  24. And the other thing why wouldn't she just sell to another Gao type figure? She's already shown her judgement isn't the best with this sort of thing.
  25. So in your mind the only possible reason for anyone to boo is because they are under some delusion about a Marxist takeover? There couldn't be any other reason?
