  1. It quite clearly did work. We were much more solid after Lyanco and then Diallo came on.
  2. It's not that I disagree with you and I understand why talking about feelings can be important but I do think there is on occasion a bit of a thing in modern society about oversharing and also that some people encourage men to resolve their issues in very traditionally feminine ways that they may not be comfortable with. In my experience, some mens problems can quite effectively be sorted by some company and spending time with friends. The last thing some of my mates would want is a big long conversation about their feelings, they'd prefer going fishing or having a few beers with their mates. I think there's value in different approaches and it would be a mistake for someone to make assumptions that make suicide is solely because men can't talk about their feelings- sometimes they would not have any desire to because that's not how they would resolve their issues.
  3. Indeed. Its something we lacked past year. When we went ahead and got under the cosh in the second half we inevitably folded. Hasn't happened much this year thankfully. Really refreshing.
  4. Well I think that's better than anyone could have realistically expected. Fingers crossed we also beat Norwich (would be very saintsy to lose that) and we'd end with a frankly ridiculous 13 out of 15 points. Fair to say we've got some stonking results without ever looking amazing? Great to grind out some fab results based on clean sheets. Long may that continue.
  5. I'm at the game. Is it just more or have we had a ridiculous amount of corners we have done nothing with?
  6. I've told you how much of a negative mental health impact you calling me a rape apologist has had and you've just ignored me. Continuing to not address my comment is having an ongoing negative health impact. I'd like this issue addressed if you are serious at wanting to address this issue.
  7. I can only talk about myself but I have to say my mental health was pretty negatively affected when I was called a rape apologist and a far right extremist and a racist. All three of those things I considered to be incredibly abusive and it was quite upsetting. Something to think about.
  8. You mean how isn't prepped to replace him in a couple of weeks?
  9. Even 3 points from the next two would give us ten from these five which is a superb return.
  10. Well then that's a better points ratio than I predicted. Could possibly get more than ten which would be a cracking return.
  11. Cracking win. Probably our biggest game so far and to win it is superb. We aren't going down this year we are too good.
  12. What I will say is I paid £26 for the Brighton game and I felt I got my moneys worth.
  13. It's obviously a subjective thing and difficult to draw a line but I would personally like the rules to be stricter. Maybe those wanting to represent a nation other thab the one they were born in could appeal to some sort of board to make that decision. I consider it incredibly unfair for example that European nations hoover up many of the major African talents in football which deprives them of a better chance of winning something.
  14. So what? It would make any success feel more hard earnt. If it was success at any cost then let's pay millions for the Brazilian team to play over here and claim British citizenship. I'm not a fan of importing sports people over here solely to give the bits someone to cheer.
  15. The thing is though if Joshua did bin his coach he could be praised for being ruthless in the pursuit of victory. Radacanu come from nowhere with a new coach and then immediately bins them after the most successful debut ever. I think she's been badly advised.
  16. TBF imo I think you should represent your country of birth. Obviously every case is different (you could be born somewhere and then immediately move elsewhere for example) but there were cases recently of some female American athlete not being good enough to get in the American team so switching ellegiance to Britain. Konta as well should not be representing the UK really.
  17. No idea why she didn't continue with the coach she had that helped her win in America. She's basically a kid still and I think she going to find it very hard to block things out.
  18. I thought nobody cared though? I thought there was no pressure whatsoever on those who choose not to do it? Could you not imagine there are some players who see things like this and then think they don't want to be publically questioned in that manner so just do it for a quiet life?
  19. Indeed. It does seem to be a certain middle class demographic group who are the keenest to support this and they aren't black. I still don't know what an anti racist is either and how it differs from 99% of the population who don't discriminate based on skin colour.
  20. He's repeated the same post about 5 times and keeps going because he didn't get the response he wanted. His attempts to call everyone racist is losing its effect.
  21. So you've given up the pretence that you have anyone on ignore then?
  22. You won't be seeing any replies though because you have everyone on ignore? Also how do you define if someone is anti racist?
  23. Why do you keep mentioning Marxists? I haven't seen anyone else using that word. It's odd.
  24. Still pretending you have us on ignore whilst reacting to all of our posts with smiley faces?
  25. Considering its mid season and he's just signed a contract, I'd take 60 million for him.
