Nathaniel Clyne Joins Liverpool - Official

Haven't seen an official link from anywhere. -
Around 1999 I was on a BBC programme and I had to go to television studios in London. There was a long corridor there full of funhouse photos. I considered it really odd considering I never viewed it as a jewel in the crown. Was it ever valued that highly?

Can anyone do an operation white vote with pat Sharpe turning slowly blacker? Nothing wrong with that!

Few of these clearly aren't ridiculous and the person writing the article has twisted the words to suit their agenda. Quite a few of them are nuts though.

Not sure we will tbh. Parties will now be scared of being like the lib dems and will make more of a fuss. The snp have already said they will support labour on an issue by issue basis which means they will make much more of a fuss about things they disagree with. I think either party could do worse than to appoint a competent female as their next leader.

It was naive of nick not to recognise that that policy was the reason why many voted for him. He should have appeared to make much more of a fuss about it than he did.

As none of you know each other on here, isn't the use of "mum" just the equivalent of a "yo mamma" joke shouted at a stranger from across the road? Not sure why everyone is getting so riled about it...

I'm not an idiot. It misses that

You'd have to ask the best man. My preference is Germany or Italy if it's slightly more relaxed.

It's very unlikely we will win all five of our games. -

I'm not sure how anyone can be totally realistic and end up with us in fourth. It's possible but pretty unlikely. -
Thanks for the sage advice Brian. I'll bear it in mind

Just rang and the woman said they can confirm the booking. I'm still not convinced though so I'll get written confirmation via email.
-
Yeah may do. Not sure if there is much they can do if they give the whole hotel over to their own wedding though.
-
OK so I have booked a fairly expensive hotel for my fiancee and I to stay for the night when we get married in summer 2016. I used hotels.com and got a cheaper deal that was non-refundable. I got a bit suspicious afterwards though because I have looked at the hotel's website and it doesn't allow you to book on a Saturday just for one night in the summer. They also have most Saturday's in July of this year unavailable to book as they have weddings of their own at the hotel. I have some questions: 1) hotels.com says my booking is guaranteed but also that it is non-refundable. Are either of these things true? 2) Can the hotel just cancel my booking nearer the time? If they do this then where do I stand legally? Why can hotels.com offer rooms which are otherwise unavailable? If you can't book them then surely they shouldn't be offering them? I have emailed the hotel directly to ask but have had no response yet. Any ideas anyone?

I know but I want us to finish above one of Spurs or Liverpool. -

I had us in 7th which would be depressing. Spurs just a point above us with Liverpool two above us. The Spurs game is a huge one. -
Apart from the numerous hours of mine and my employees time wasted replying to these things which I could have spent running my business. I'm not alone with this either, loads of small companies must have lost thousands of hours because of dodgy lawyers trying it on. That's not to say I'm against tribunals, just that's it's transparent and obvious when they are trying it on.
-
That screws the employers though because then you get numerous people trying it on as well as wasting the employers time. Just two cases from lawyers we have had in the last four years but they strung us along for months asking for numerous little pieces of information before deciding it wasn't worth pursuing (and then another case they pursued it and lost.) how is that fair?
-
So what's the answer? Imo there should be some sort of financial commitment if someone truly believes they have a case. Maybe free legal aid on a case by case basis we it's clear there has been wrongdoing on behalf of the employer?
-
You think you can but even if you follow everything by the book, if they take you to a tribunal then it's purely the whims of a judge and how they are feeling on any particular day. Invariably they side with the poor hard done by employee regardless of the facts.

As the victim of a malicious and untrue campaign which cost us an awful lot of money and stress, I despise the claim culture and I support any attempt to get rid of it.
