  1. As the victim of a malicious and untrue campaign which cost us an awful lot of money and stress, I despise the claim culture and I support any attempt to get rid of it.
  2. stop fishing.
  3. The bbc have obviously been told to start prompting female sport more and consequently their coverage is wildly disproportionate to the popularity of the actual sport. Having said that with regards to the boat race I don't have much of an opinion on it because I rarely Watch. I don't think there is any problem with putting it on before the men though because it isn't much of an organisational problem for a one off event.
  4. Tbf there are about 6 or 7 people at the Shirley sainsburys who have been there at least a decade with seemingly no promotions.
  5. Considering how often you harp on about Thatcher, I think it's a bit rich for you to accuse others of looking at past leaders and equating them with their current party
  6. Agree with this. Won't catch me jumping when lou flutters her eyelashes!
  7. I don't think we do but I can't really remember. I tend to side with him over pap but then he gets really patronising and uses flowery language and it detracts from things a bit.
  8. you see racism and Sexism in everything mate! Must be terrible living every day in a country full of racists and sexists. Just awful.
  9. So you didn't post the personal details of someone on here a few weeks ago?
  10. I posted about Sexism but not because she was a new poster. I didn't even look at her name initially. My main beef was with KelvinsRightGlove who is clearly a fanny. Were you even around when the same sad posters like buzzin orn alleged that I invented a girlfriend? It simply never happened. I used her account to post once when I was banned because I knew her old password. But you knew that already. I'd send you her name and address but I'd worry about what you would do with it and as I haven't seen her in five years I don't think she would be happy about it.
  11. You've written this multiple times now yet I haven't actually said anything about lou posting (and I didn't mention her in the previous comment.) she's pretty harmless all things considered. It's the reactions of the male posters around her that make it amusing and slightly sad.
  12. Don't flatter yourself love. If you have to follow another poster round the board to gain recognition then I pity you. You're an irrelevance.
  13. I hope Unbelievable Jeff fought my corner.
  14. I don't think anyone truly dislikes someone on here do they? It's just words on a screen after all. If pap was screaming in my face down the pub then maybe I could say for certain that I dislike him.
  15. I expect it's the sexist comments.
  16. What did Saint Mikey do to get below me?
  17. Not bad. They were always leaving and this should push up the price.
  18. History shows that if someone tries to debate with you then you get personal, make petty snipes about intelligence and then run off saying you have 'won.' I suspect that most don't see mainstream political parties as evil like you do. Most people have no real affiliation with any party and tend to make their mind up based on what they see and read and then their own experiences and those of the people around them. If someone wants to vote labour now then that's fine with me as long as their reasons are honest and sincerely held. Same with someone voting Tory. I'm not going to exaggerate things, insinuate that most Tories are paedos etc to make a political point. You continue to see things in black and white terms and post your witty pictures though if you like. I'm sure that will do much to sway the vote. At least bridge too far tends to make proper arguments despite being hopelessly biased.
  19. As you said. Not really worth expressing an opinion if someone is so utterly entrenched and biased.
  20. Agree. I think the coalition has been good for the country. Yes they haven't done everything right but anyone in power would have been in a bad situation with some difficult choices to make. I think they have done pretty well.
  21. They should have made a lot more public noise about it. The policy may have gone through but the perception would then have been that the Tories had got it through despite lib dem opposition.
