  2. Have Nexus 4 for sale. Brand new, delivered yesterday, box not opened. Fast, top spec, nice finish phone. Available for £300 from West End, or meet up. £300 upfront, £10 per month giffgaff gives you good deal over two years. 3. sorry didn't see this and my wife put it on ebay starting at £320 as they seemed to be going for £330-365 last night. if want to make an offer, could look at asking her to pull it from ebay to save fees etc (think need to pull by 11??? its available for collection West End this morning!! nick.g958@gmail.com
  4. change of plan, its 16Gb am selling. not taking **** but got someone interested wee bit over cost (trying to recoup bit towards early contract closing fees) sealed and available for someone before Christmas!!
  5. just received both 8 and 16 Gb. will be selling 8 when have time to sort advert out. first impressions...v good
  6. absolute rubbish. WBA, only saw on tv, but first game back from injury and had a very insignificant impact (for him) on the game - disappointing for a player of his ability but very bad? Liverpool away I went to. He was not very bad. Not his A Villa level but some decent stuff at times, not big mistakes.
  7. not by you, you blamed Adkins.
  8. and only a few weeks ago several posters on here said we would be so far adrift by Christmas at the bottom if we didn't sack that relegation would be a certainty. Puncheon and Fonte written off as out of their depth surely you don't expect intelligent informed opinion on here?
  9. yep all down hill since Markus arrived I'm always impressed by creativity on here at finding a way to ciritcise. No games yet, Adkins has given an update...it is being assessed. It not a broken bone, knee/joint / soft tissue injuries etc can suddenly clear up, or take longer to heal. Most likely is that no-one is that sure how long he will be out, so why give opposition - or probably more relevant another club who we are contacting about player valuation know how soon we will have him.
  10. if he keep them up with current squad will have done well. If he signs Lampard, Dawson, Crouch or similar and they stay up....probably any of the bottom 6 would be hugely disappointed if they did not climb several places with additions of that caliber. I think Reading will be several places and points below us at the end of the season. Why don't you just enjoy our one season in this division....we will be adrift and not able to stay up by Christmas if Adkins stays after all Mixed for us today, but fully expects QPR to get a win today. Fulham have won just won game in the last 12. The bottom 6 for current form are; QPR, Sunderland, Fulham, Wigan, Newcastle, Reading. We are 6th. Upcoming fixtures; Reading (9)- H Arsenal, A Man City, H Swansea, H West Ham, A Spurs (12?) QPR -(10) A Newcastle, H West Brom, H Liverpool, A Chelsea, H Spurs (12) Wigan (15)- H Arsenal, A Everton, A Aston Villa, H Man U, A Fulham (19) Saints -(15) H Sunderland, A Fulham, A Stoke, H Arsenal, A Aston Villa (20) Sunderland (16)A Saints, H Man City, H Spurs, A Liverpool, H West Ham, (17) Newcastle -(17) H Qpr, A Man U, A Arsenal, H Everton, A Norwich, (22) Aston Villa - (18)A Chelsea, H Spurs, H Wigan, A Swansea, H Saints, (23) Fulham -(20) A Liverpool, H Saints, H Swansea, A West Brom, H Wigan (24) so table in 5 more games possibly something like.. Fulham 24 Aston Villa 23 Newcastle 22 Saints 20 Wigan 19 Sunderland 17 Reading12 Qpr12 important game Sunderland!!
  11. Its difficult for them.... weighing up; informing upcoming opposition of which players likely to be available informing teams who we approach with an offer for a player how desperate we are giving information that can often change very quickly with these types of injury v keeping HornseySaintsFan happy. like you, I am astonished which they have opted for
  12. having sat amongst Liverpool fans recently at anfield, I was surprised how quiet they were compared to our home crowd. thought would be other way around. apart from their song and scarves we are much louder more passionate. I was disappointed.
  13. not sure your point? just because I found your immature demands for adkins sacking disrespectful and lacking of football knowledge. I have enjoyed the threads showing how silly you looked. hopefully you have learned and we can both move on?
  14. ...is always talked up as being siginificant, team bottom goes down etc. Also we were told we would be relegated and adrift by Christmas unless Adkins was sacked. Where do you see us being in the league on Christmas day? to assist (can anyone show this as image on here rather than link??) http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/matchday/form-guide.html fixtures QPR (7 points) H Fulham, A Newcastle Reading (9 points) A Sunderland, H Arsenal, A Man City Sunderland (13 points) H Reading, A Man U, A Saints (home to Man City boxing day) Wigan (15 points) A Norwich, H Arsenal Villa (15 points) A Norwich, A Liverpool, A Chelsea (spurs boxing day) Saints (15 points) H Sunderland Newcastle (17 points) H Man City, H QPR (next fixtures after Christmas A Man U, H Arsenal) Fulham (17 points) A QPR, A Liverpool I reckon Newcastle 20 Saints 18 Fulham 17 villa 15 wigan 15 ------------- Sunderland 14 Reading 10 QPR 10
  15. entertaining thread ! if ever any doubt which posters are; -consistently wrong in their predictions - regularly display their lack of knowledge and understanding - are negative for the sake of it - claim others are unrealistic when faced with a coherent argument look no further, alps and his protege DD, got it wrong......again!
  16. he never learns, has he ever been right?
  17. doubt we will sign left back
  18. people did, in embarrassing disrespectful way imho. several (delldays, alpine etc) saying out of his depth, will not turn it around, wanted him sacked, we would be adrift and relegated by Christmas unless he is kicked out etc.
  19. personally, when I see posters such as you and alps posting we should have sacked Adkins and writing off Jay R and yoshida, I think: 1) shows immature, impatient, superficial football knowledge/support. 2) history will show them as embarrassing views. all imho of course.
  20. follow my wise words you won't go too far wrong...better success rate than likes of DD and alps!!
  21. prefer a big Sunderland victory, for reasons 1) stops them starting a new manager postive era and going on a run, 2) reckon we will be ok anyway, but three points for sunderland unlikely with all combinations to put us down. 3) will look like one of relegation places sorted. 4) happily see that self publicising knob lose every game a team of his manages Come on Sunderland...stuff them!!
  22. A manager who have been exceptional for us for two years doesn't become bad overnight and need to be written off. A manager who has given us two amazing seasons and promotions has earned a bit of slack not to be written off after a matter of several bad minutes of football. You cannot judge a season purely by games against the top ten sides. You should not fail to recognise the quality of football that we produced within games, albeit not for whole games, e.g. Man City, Man U, Everton, West Ham, Aston Villa, Spurs, Swansea. You need to be aware of the impact of missing Ramirez and Cork can have. Maybe those who knew Adkins deserved more time are a bit smug. Several of the 'Adkins out' posters were aggressively tediously repeating their critisms of him and shouting down those who disagreed - mocking those saying our season starts in effect in November. If it ****es off a few, maybe it will help them to step back and not over react when we lose...maybe in couple of days time. It could of been worse, I saw someone's thread on here from a couple of weeks ago saying we should sell Ramirez and play Chaplow!! The most reassuring thing, which has always given me confidence that we will stay up..is how sure Delldays and Alpine are that we are already down - with their track record for accuracy we should be fine Enjoyed MOTD2 this morning! Have good day and looking forward to Wednesday and then my first trip to Anfield.
  23. Curious if those calling for Adkins to be sacked are thinking they were silly or still think he should go? Clearly a long way to go and far from safe but the upturn many predicted after the hard fixtures, getting settled into premiership and Gaston returning has happened and the club seems optimistic.
  24. and still guaranteed to be relegated by Christmas if Adkins stays? Looks like terrible December
