Expect that it was a wrong name put on his ticket to start with, and then corrected. Looks like they've had the delivery of tickets from Inter, found they didn't have names printed on them, and have had to manually label them to make sure people get their own ticket so it matches up with their details for getting in when it's scanned.

The rules were already in place for what happens in this situation (ie Hampshire's reprieve.) so it's those that are just being followed. Does seem like they've been harsh on Durham, with them getting points deductions next season as well. Hopefully we can use the reprieve to actually build a half decent team.
