It does annoy me slightly that we're always listed as a club that's been in admin.
Yes the FL decided to punish us for the parent company going into admin, but they are not a legal financial authority.
From a legal accuracy stance, Southampton FC (The Club) has never been in admin, it was the separate company that owned us went into admin (and had all its debts paid in full.)
I don't know, maybe the fact the FL decided to punish us is enough? As the club itself has never been in admin though, I'm not sure I agree that the BBC should report it as such.
