Wrong on both counts and I chose to interpret the thread as it read to me in the same way you chose to assume wrongly my own reasons for being anti speeding and anti affairs.It might just be something to do with the fact a very good friend of mine was killed by a speeding motorist and I have seen many, too many lives wrecked by affairs.

So it seems you can justify speeding which can and does kill, affairs which can and do wreck lives including those of innocent kids yet this betting scam is apparently worse. What strange values people have, I wouldn't put anything to do with betting in the same category though TBH, the offences you mention are far worse.

He probably had a far larger bet on himself scoring and the match result and cleaned up TBH

You could add: d) Strange how often players who are proved innocent by TV are still punished. e) Incredible to pick on a player who is more likely than most to want to avoid any contact given his awful injury. f) The goalkeeper does not actually have to touch the player, if the intent is there the player is entitled to avoid contact and if that means he goes over in the process then it's a foul. I've watched it many times and still cannot be sure what the truth is but really feel the commentators were totally OTT as was the reaction of the Celtic players.

As I said earlier very few sinners here it seems, hypocrites. I suspect the same people who over react to this get worked up by something like speed cameras and object to being fined for driving a few miles over the speed limit or other offences which seem to be deemed acceptable when speeding for example is much more serious than this IMO. I hope this thread dies overnight or gets locked, it's run its course TBH, no doubt about that.

Well after 10/1 and 14/1 winners plus a 25/1 ew 3rd ( I did get the 50's just and had a win bet which I laid on Betfair so won on that plus a small ew bet which also of course made a decent profit) I'm not sure this lucky streak will continue though my tip for now is look out for my post tomorrow in case I find another overpriced one and invariably you need to act fast!

That is strange, Griffiths was shown in the original team. Without him, Dimi and Tremlett our bowling is just not good enough. Ervine is far more of an attacking bowler than someone who can bowl economically. Generally goes at well over 3 in the CC but can take wickets. Still the Pro 40 in it's present guise is no more so since we are not going to win it we need to try to ensure we stay in CC League1. Think the weather will play as big a part as anything else, lots of rain around and not likely to improve this time of year.
