If he said all that then it doesn't sound like he needs any further help with his English Onwards and upwards for the young man, he has a great future ahead of him and I hope a decent chunk of that is with SFC.

Not a patch on the one Mark Dennis had

I was in the Portsmouth season ticket seated section with my Dad. I went mental when Moran scored. My Dad had to pull me down lol

For some reason Paul Rideout's debut againt West Ham after arriving from Bari always sticks in my mind. Two goals for him that day although he didn't maintain than ratio in his remaining time at the club unfortunately.

Maybe he was wanting you banned from keeping animals rather than being banned from the forum?

It was on mainstream tv - the BBC. Calm down dear as Michael would say.

That doesn't sound so good for the weekend

Whilst £12m is hard cash it's always incredibly hard to equate it to value when you you take in to account all the factors of a signing (need, other clubs, players age, position they play, blah blah). Is he a 5th as good as Torres? At the moment yes, is he a 3rd as good as Carroll, probably yes. Is he more than twice as good as Berbatov? No. I think we should enjoy him whilst he's here as I don't think it will be forever.

Not a fan then lol. Personally I think he's destined for bigger and better things than (even) the mighty Saints.

He's gone to play in the sand...

We must have two Yoshida's then as that's not the guy I watched Wednesday. Hopefully he'll come good. The top half of our 'spine' in midfield and up top is strong but the lower half at CB and in Goal is not!

I haven't read all 4 pages, actually I haven't read any of it. At this point in time he is not good enough, he may be in the future but he isn't now and we can't afford for him to learn his trade in the Premiership. What's the qualifying criteria to get an 'emergency loan' keep a la Casey Keller? I take it we have to be suffering from injuries rather than lack of ability? That leaves us with finding some kind of stop-gap till January.

You'd have to ask the Bologna Chairman or Gaston's agent.

I think that will be his get-out clause. The jury's out for me.

I've not read the whole thread so apologies if I've misunderstood but are you saying you don't rate Clyne? -

Who are currently 3rd in the table above the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. It's a combination of things with Cork, Ramirez and Shaw all coming in at a similar time being influential in the up-turn in form. -

Unfortunately I think fox has proven - numerous times - that he won't 'do'. Just missing Cork and Ramirez exposed us and these were in positions we had several options. Just look how NUFC are struggling with their spate of injuries, you can't account for every eventuality but cover is definitely need at LB and CB which pretty much everyone has been saying for months and you can only imagine the club realise this too.

How many tactical mistakes is Adkins allowed? (Part 2)

Guly was gutted. I know someone who saw him in the players car park with his contract in hand. He said you could actually see where he had used a highlighter pen to mark a section of a page. This chap I know doesn't have great eyesight but he said he could definitely see a number fifteen in the highlighted section. Well as you know it was a tad breezy yesterday and next thing he knows is the contract is flying all across the car park and ended up in dirty great puddle so I guess we'll never know. -
The balance of the team seems to get thrown when Guly plays, wherever he plays. He has his moments and has scored a fair share of goals but it always seems a case of shoe-horning him in. Be good to see Puncheon carry on his current form on the right-hand-side, if he does then Guly will continue to struggle to even get in the matchday squad. 15 minutes lollage.

Whether a player is interferring with play can, at times, be very subjective. Not sure it's quite as black and white as you're suggesting. Enjoyed the game today, a good atmosphere and a confident mood about the place. Be nice to follow it up Wednesday.

Sorry to dent your vanity but the post was not related to you Richard. You are clearly obsessed, weird.
