  1. I do recall The Kraken stating he would not be attending any more games at SMS this season as a way of personal protest agains the sacking of Adkins. I don't think he was one of the posters who had a go at the Corrie lookalike though.
  2. You seem to be getting a little muddled Barry. You said 'they are screwed' now you are suggesting relegation is not a problem as their owner won't walk away but will use his own 'personal wealth' to bankroll them. That's OK then. This strategy appeared to work very well down the road.
  3. Glad that we can finish this 'debate' at that point. Still, they gave it a go lol.
  4. And what if they get relegated, you don't seem to allow for that in your argument? There are plenty of current examples of what happens if it doesn't work out. Other than Remy (whose worth is yet to be proven) I don't see huge potential for asset stripping and as for Redknapps claim that they would get more than they paid (and indeed had an offer) for Samba I'll put that in the same filing tray as his stories on banking.
  5. Any ideas on timescales? This thread is about relegation for the 2012/13 season.
  6. And after they've questioned those 'poor decisions' what happens next?
  7. It's funny though. Isn't it?
  8. So by your logic Kelvin shouldn't have been on the bench either. Makes sense I guess.
  9. People who bump their own threads to prove a point clearly have some self-esteem issues. It goes on quite a bit on here. Of course the best of both world's would be nice, attractive football and the right results. I have a colleague who's a Stoke season ticket holder and they absolutely despise the way they play but just about accept it whilst grinding out results but they've be all over Pulis in recent weeks with their current run of results.
  10. Couldn't even wait till the end of the game to hang, draw and quarter the latest scapegoat.
  11. As mentioned 37 points would be a good return from our remaining fixtures. It's going to be tight, very tight. Slightly off tangent but I see old Bagpuss is already trying to distance himself from the financial concerns at QPR. It's never his fault. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11711/8551355/QPR-will-not-face-financial-issues-if-they-go-down-says-Harry-Redknapp
  12. Yes, that's twice you've posted after me today. I agree, very weird.
  13. It's all got a little embarassing for ickle Richie, don't make it any worse for him.
  14. He's trying to be 'funny'. Little Richard instructed him to.
  15. You're a bit late Richie, one of your gang has already inanely bored the thread several times with that line already.
  16. Fascinating. West Ham don't even appear to be sure they're keeping their manager let alone which players they may or may not acquire in the summer.
  17. Agreed. Right across the pitch too.
  18. The complete all round performance. Very impressive.
  19. This is funny to watch. The old mantra that the club is bigger than any individual seems to be completely lost on you. Matt is having a nightmare and I can't think of another club where this happens or would be considered acceptable but you persist in believing it is. Now that is a proper 'lol'. Did little Rich put you up to this?
  20. Exactly. If you comment in the public domain you surely realise it will go further. Even MLT, belatedly, seems to realise this.
  21. When was he Chairman?
  22. Now that is extortionate!
  23. That doesn't account for the cost involved in the expansion though....
  24. He's not looking too good http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4779127/Celebrity-pals-get-Paul-Gascoigne-into-US-rehab-centre.html I spent a few hours talking with him in the BA Lounge at Phoenix about 10 years ago when he had just come out of the very same clinic he's gone to this week.
  25. After reading on here how many people will no longer be attending due to the Adkins sacking I can't see how we will need any form of expansion.
