That's not a good example it just leads to confusion. Only this week did Barry tell me if QPR are relegated they are definitely in massive trouble but also they will definitely be OK as Fernandes and Mittal will use their own personal wealth to dig them out of the financial mire. So it's definitely definite.

I'm not sure who to blame this year as of yet but I agree it was certainly Cortese who got it badly wrong in 2005.

I agree with all the above. We don't know the details of the contract and sacking a manager is at best subjective in terms of compliance with the contract. At the end of the day, the tribunal, with the relevant information, will make the decision not us.

And what if they get relegated, you don't seem to allow for that in your argument? There are plenty of current examples of what happens if it doesn't work out. Other than Remy (whose worth is yet to be proven) I don't see huge potential for asset stripping and as for Redknapps claim that they would get more than they paid (and indeed had an offer) for Samba I'll put that in the same filing tray as his stories on banking.

Any ideas on timescales? This thread is about relegation for the 2012/13 season.

And after they've questioned those 'poor decisions' what happens next?
