  1. I see he's only scored 12 goals in 18 months. I don't know if there's mitigating circumstances but doesn't seem much of a return in that standard of football.
  2. West Ham operating their standard transfer window M.O of bidding or being interested in........everyone. You can add Schneiderlin to the growing list.
  3. SSN Transfer Centre saying we are planning a loan bid for Spurs fullback Kyle Walker-Peters
  4. Might have helped at Spurs away and Leicester at home.
  5. Just coincidence. Same as Koeman with Tadic, Classic and Pelle and Puel with Pied. Just coincidence you cynic. Let's go Guido. Goals it is.
  6. Looks like it's been accidentally credited to my account. Many thanks Mat
  7. There was an interesting piece on him on Sky Sports that I happened to read yesterday. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11726/11219011/the-making-of-aden-flint-bristol-city-defenders-rise-from-non-league
  8. Sounds a lot but he came on a free and at 35 I'm guessing on a short-term contract. Maybe they considered that the offset.
  9. Who was the guy we tried to sign just before midnight and whatever happened to him? Or am I dreaming the whole thing up?!
  10. An 18 yard tap-in albeit not a lot to beat!
  11. Interesting piece on him from Sky Sports http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11686/11217397/marco-silva-sacked-by-watford-this-gifted-coach-is-his-own-worst-enemy
  12. Hasn't he only played one full 90 minutes since his returning from injury?
  13. I doubt it. He’s not on every thread going on and on and on and on (you get he drift) about Puel. Maybe you’d be better off joining the Leicester forum.
  14. Indeed there are multiple elements to our current form. Not quite the perfect storm of negative components but it’s fair to say there are plenty of things not right with MoPe being just one of them. But ultimately the performance of the team comes down to him. Yes the players have been poor and many of them consistently poor yet still get picked. Forster and Redmond being prime examples. There are many culpable people at SFC who share an element of blame but I maintain that this squad is better than the bottom three and therefore the manager is the issue in that respect.
  15. They were league champions just over 18 months ago.
  16. This squad should not be in the bottom 3. End of. If it’s not the manager then who / what do think is the problem.
  17. Not too many outstanding candidates. PEH.
  18. With 12 clubs in 10 years totalling 153 games over half of which came in two seasons supports your view I would say. He's a step up from FF but then so would pretty much anyone be but he's clearly not the long term solution.
  19. http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11671/11204214/sam-allardyce-confirms-everton-are-in-talks-with-arsenals-theo-walcott
  20. It's discussed already on this thread. #1048 onwards.
  21. Nice one Billy. Always enjoy reading these and they always raise a smile or two.
  22. The 'low' fee is largely due to him only having six months left on his contract. Plenty of midfielders at CFC. Drinkwater has hardly had a look in since his (30M+?) move.

    Sam McQueen

I much prefer McQueen to Targett especially in the wingback role as opposed to more traditional LB.
  24. Referring to his brief tenure at Charlton I assume. Lost in translation.
  25. As widely predicted I see Ashley Young has been charged with violent conduct after the elbow on Tadic
