Or whether it's the players or managers fault.

Not sure what his contract situation is but if the Swansea board are resigned to going down then they might be interested in dealing (with someone).
-
Do you have a link to the interview?
-
I recall he was introduced as Puel's choice at the time. Was that really the case or was he appointed by the club?

Ralph Krueger; "The most interesting man in the world".

Is this the same Blackmore who thought Bertrand had a bad heel? -
He said there are lots of interesting possibilities. I think.

Ahh, the old post something stupid, get run ragged and then claim it was a joke. Excellent effort. Anyway, where were we, oh yes, Claude.
-
Did you really just write that? Lols. I think the club will act when they start getting hit financially due to declining gates.
-
Les will certainly make sure he he is not held responsible so Claude will be the fall guy.

Puel said at the start of the season he was happy with his squad and didn't see the need for additions. Since then we've only lost Austin for any length of time and this has exposed an already weak attacking set of options.
-
We were short of quality forwards before the start of the season when Puel announced he was happy with his squad so yes, he has to shoulder some element of that even before discussing the wider issues. Unfortunately I think you'll soon be needing a new line to 'we are 9th and in the semi-finals of the cup'.
-
I didn't think there was a chance that Puel would go but now it could be a real possibility.
-
If you can guess Claude's team selections you should be focusing on the lotto. You would be quids-in.
-
His number didn't come up on this weeks team tombola.

17 apps this season is not 'hardly ever'.

It doesn't work like that. He picks the team, he prepares the team, he gives them direction, instructions and the motivation to go out and play for the shirt. Yes, occasionally he can do all those things and for whatever reason it doesn't happen but it's not a one-off we're talking about. First thing he needs to do is cut down on this 'rotation' obsession. If you've got 25 great players like a City or a Chelsea then by all means but when you're putting players like Martina out on the pitch it doesn't stack-up. Change a few who need a rest but give the players a chance to play together and get some understanding going on. Players have got different players alongside them week in week out. No wonder there's a lack of cohesion and understanding.

Sounds like you're at the game, what is the atmosphere like?
-
That's going to mess-up Claude's game of team tombola Monday.
-
I think the opposition have been doing their homework. He's a big unit which has its positives but he lacks agility and is particularly slow at getting down to low shots.
-
It's pretty clear that part of Claude's remit is to showcase the youth at SFC. It's part of the business model and squad rotation provides the perfect excuse / vehicle to do this. Koeman wouldn't do it and he left.
-
He'd be more suited to the NFL where he just comes on as a specialist kicker then leaves the field of play till the next kick is required. Appreciate he's a tad small but that's not important in this position.
-
They've beaten us 7 times in the last 9 meetings and finished above us in the League since whenever. They're just a better team than us unfortunately. We just have to beat those around and below us and nick the occasional win against the 'top' teams and we'll finish with a decent league position and maybe a cup run. That's how we're set up, pretty much the same as 15 of the other clubs in the league.
-
He's knackered from spending the previous 80 minutes doing the work of the whole midfield.
-
The Poch high pressing game is forcing us so deep that when we do win the ball there is not the numbers in advance positions.

Getting overrun in the middle of the park.
