Out of form player goes to out of form/deluded/rudderless club. What could possibly go wrong??
-
Let’s be honest, Ali’s trajectory has been downward whilst being with top drawer managers like Poch, Jose and Conte. It’s only sentiment of a couple of decent seasons over 2 years ago that gives this discussion any legs. I’m not against Ali being with us for 4 months but I think that suits Spurs more than it suits us, therefore if they want to use our shop window they can pay for it by significantly subsidising his wages.

Dele is bang out of form. Not sure why we expect Ralph to change that if Conte appears unable to.
-
Are you ignoring my simple instruction?
-
1/5 I get reported.
-
Hahahahahaha f**k off
-
Yes, it’s currently twice as likely not to happen than it is. If it goes 1/5 then you can start to take note of the market.

Or without wheels 😂

Everton in a nutshell
-
It's looking more and more likely that he will be here for at least another season, whether that be on loan or purchased with a buy back clause. I'd happily take either at this moment.
-
Those that saw Mount at Derby would probably disagree.
-
Superb read as always. You should trademark "Thunderbastard" before the Adidas boffins use it for next season's boot range.
-
They're not selling Mount or James any time soon.
-
Surely this means the talent coming through their academy is significantly better than it has been in previous years. From my dealings with their local academies they are superbly run and work to attract and develop the players. I think It’s a bit disingenuous to suggest Mount only got his chance because of a transfer ban, he’s clearly from the very top drawer and clearly destined for Champions League football.
-
Has he signed yet?
-
I think Broja would benefit from another season of 40+ games under his belt before he hits the Chelsea squad. The talent is obvious and that talent needs proper game time at the top level in the next couple of years to continue its development. As good as Broja is, I can't see him getting that game time at Chelsea next season.

Posted this on the takeover thread.... Rasmus Ankersen is a very interesting character, features heavily in Christoph Biermann's Football Hackers book, worth a read if you get the chance and are open to the significant role data plays in todays professional game. If you're not a fan of backing decisions or thoughts with data then prepare yourself to be pissed off - suspect that could impact a few on here. I'm not certain if he was the first to publicly back a manager using xG (expected goals) but he was doing that 4 years ago whilst at FC Midtjylland. He was also part of Brentford ditching their youth development teams, a financial decision and arguably the correct one, allow the Bees to pick up players from top teams who's pathway was blocked. As I said an interesting character but from what I've seen so far the decisions he's a part of are for the betterment of the club. Buckle up...

2 more pages of the Turkish and SOG love in.....GO!

Overall, given both are fit and in form, Stuart is better than Nathan. I do like Nathan though, one of the bravest players we have as he does try to make things happen.
-
I'd say he's the best 10 we have.
-
Is that vaccinated or boosted? It’s been widely reported that at least 75% have been vaccinated.

No newz is good newz

Frank Lampard would be my choice, hopefully we'd be a stepping stone for him
-
Firstly, "foreign managers", really?? Fcuk me, it will be Carlos Kickaball next. Secondly, we're a stepping stone if they're any good, that would apply to 2 managers we've had in the past 20 years.
