  1. A young Turk perhaps? Alfie (Maggie) May
  2. Also, if Boehly's ownership model of the LA Dodgers is anything to go by, he has put some of the transfer fees in the next few years budget and the rest in 2030!! Also, they build in a depreciation accounting model so the value of the player goes down over the three years so I don't think it is as simple as the spend over the 3 years, if you have built in 100 million of depreciation then you can spend that on top.
  3. I would estimate this is a four Prime Ministers injury
  4. I think the last thing he wants is to be classed as a striker at the moment, think he would prefer the number 10 position
  5. The Denmark kit as a home one and maybe on the Ajax theme, a Craig David Holyrood estate third kit of brick and white hoops with a blue and white "Police" tape Sash?
  6. I am more concerned with our stats on chances conceded when your keeper has a combination of bricks for hands and chocolate wrists Liveramento sounds Italian so making him the Libero is a great idea
  7. If Twitter is quoted as the source then it has a responsibility to check the facts and close the accounts that have as it can be used as a media outlet (albeit Social Media) If he has wound up a few bell ends on there I don't think it shows the club in a bad light. They are not the views of the clubs
  8. He is winding people up, people don't think on Twitter they just rush in and try to be funny and insult others. According to Twitter, Tom Hanks is dead and Obama eats babies, also Wayfair imports babies and sells them as cupboards!! You can't claim it is entirely real life.
  9. For the first goal Stephens was in a bad position in relation to Martial and had to grab him but it was a great assist from Martial and a good finish. The second goal Martial had KWP's number and easily turned him. How did the ball stay out when Rashford played the one-two and picked it up six yards out. I couldn't tell if it was a defender or McCarthy's foot
  10. They have a cup final the week after, give Grealish a boot in the first 10-15 mins to make him play simple balls and this one should be a routine win!
  11. Was that the game at Fleming Park, there were some good practice games before that!! I am sure GingerSaints nose exploded at one of them!!
  12. I've been reading some studies and I came across one from a set of young scientists going under the pseudonym "Busted", they make claims that they have been to the Year 3000 and people are living underwater, also not only will 4 generations time be fine, some of them will be pretty fine. I can deduce from this study that evolution will naturally kick in to allow humans to breathe underwater and also living down there seems to slow the ageing process!
  13. Took him 10 games to score in the season he scored 24 goals and that was a penalty, after that 23 in 33 games!! The midfield doesn't help at the moment, the ball is retained to the point there is no space for him to make runs. If we can get Redmond the ball early and attack with pace he will score. If Hojbjerg and the defence slow down the play he won't
  14. Replace the Duh-Duhs with Kevin and the Batman with Danso If you want some Pompey hate in there you can replace the Kevin with "he hates" and the Danso with Pompey

    Che Adams

Will build his confidence in training at least!!

    Che Adams

He also has a knack for hitting the bottom corner while hitting it early. There is some poor defending in that video but some is caused by good Birmingham pressure leading to mistakes. He is quick, not rapid, but has the strength to hold off defenders. The Prem has plenty of horse **** defending
  17. I think my favourite is the Pirate, who has come straight from his day job in Staples and didn't have time to take off his tie, unless he is saving it to hang another Beanie Baby!!
  18. When he came on I thought he had lost a bit of timber this week and looked sharp! I swear after the game he waved his arms as if to say the keeper flapped before his goal!!!
  19. Yeah, and I think the team trained at Rod Stewart's house!! Beattie did score that night and I think Rory Delap dislocated his finger in the celebration, unfortunately he didn't miss a game!!!
  20. We won twice on Mondays in the 2002/03 season both 1-0 and both away
  21. Sounds like a job for a Marconi Hughes
  22. I've checked Wiki and can't find a record of him playing professionally, so MLG might be correct this time. Also, he's a 62yo man with a pink foam hammer, they don't usually stand out as CBs
  23. Agree with this one, although Camara's goal was on par
  24. I would want more of this kind of play, West Ham beating Chelsea was a masterclass in it, 5 yellow card in the last 30 mins, rotating the fouls, stopping all momentum and they take the win!
  25. Boston University have a test that can be performed on patients when they are alive and this could have a massive affect on the length of time players stay in the NFL. It is very early but could well be implement sooner rather that later. Another factor could be independent medical teams on match days as opposed to medical staff employed by a team. I think this is more a factor in the NFL than over here. I think the wearing of head protection can be worse as it allow you to use your head as a weapon, much like brain injuries in Boxing from wearing bigger gloves
