Problem is we have three keeper all at about the same average level, all of whom can play at this level but not consistently. Gazza has an upside in that he is young and could improve given time but would benefit from a couple of years loaned out. When we had our best Premiership years we had a keepers of a much higher standard I would even rate Paul Jones much higher than the current three. I would personally loan Friedel in Jan to cover the last 5 months of the season, cut the Boruc contract and scout for a high level keeper for next season.

Had the same issue a few years ago but it was when Fulham were there. Easy to pick up tickets and didn't take too long. Not sure what happens to the originals but I am guessing there is a legit reason you don't have them and no one will try to use them

Good point, I haven't watched the old ones in a while, forgot about that and Belfast!! The last series and current one are excellent though they do slow down in the middle episodes!! The Shield is by the same writer and is a very good series based loosely on a true story I think I will give the Wire a go, if it is as good as people say

If you add in the form table over the last 15 games then we played the top 4 as Wigan would've been third in the table, winning seven and losing just two in the last ten games of last season, including wins over Newcastle, Arsenal, United and Liverpool. Something to take heart from is that Wigan won just three games in the first 24 games and lost four in a row and seperately eight in a row, and still stayed up
