I'm going. Non ST holders should think about it, win this and a very winnable game next round, Wembley starts to look a possibility. Might be worth saving those ticket stubs.

Good player, with the potential to be outstanding. IF we go up, a years loan to a championship/L1 side, where he is guaranteed to play every game, would do a lot for his development.

Interested to hear from anyone at the game. sounds from the commentary that he has well and truly put the blackpool game behind him, bloody good on him if so.

It really is time to bring back the death penalty

Just finished reading The Confession by John Grisham. Although not a true story it shows what can, and most probably does, happen where capital punishment is concerned. And anyone who thinks its cheaper to kill someone than keep them locked up needs to read this https://death.rdsecure.org/article.php?id=42 -
Will Billy Sharp be attending?

I agree about the January window, all managers say how difficult it is to do business compared to the close season, but there is still a week left, if you look at the stats most of the deals happen in the last couple of days when the negotiations get a bit more pressured. We know how NC and NA keep things quiet, just sit tight for a couple more days and see what happens, I still feel we may pull something out the bag yet.

Hng on, last time he was on there was few days before he left Scunny to come here...:scared:

PLease let them keep going until the end of the season. I want their last memory of us to be Rickie smashing in the 8th goal, confirming their mathematical relegation, to a resonding chorus of 'Sha la la la la la la la, who the f**k is laughing now'

I find it strange how people can change accents without realising. Although born in Sothampton, I grew up just outside Liverpool, before moving back after leaving school. At the moment I speak what I consider a normal Hampshire accent, but if I get into a conversation with a scouser, I automatically switch back to scouse.

In the words of the great KK I would love it, love it, if we got Hooper. Not because of what a great player he is, but because I want to see what that t*at on the other thread would have to say about it:rolleyes:

If anyones interested heres whats going on with it, from people who know what they're talking about, unlike those at the times. http://www.pprune.org/military-aircrew/473481-more-delays-f-35-a-1.html Plenty of support for your F18 idea Alps, personally I don't see why we couldn't have stuck with the Harrier for a bit longer:rolleyes: -

OK. '8 simulated landings have failed'. Brilliant. Assuming the guys testing it are American Navy pilots (probably F14/F18 ), how many times in their operational careers have they missed a wire? They will have done hundreds upon hundreds of landings in their respective aircraft, and will be used to landing it right on a certain spot on the deck. Suddenly they are testing a new aircraft (albeit in the sim) and miss a few wires. Big deal. How many 'misses' are there a day on an operational carrier? More than 8 I reckon, theres a reason why pilots give it full afterburner as the wheels hit. Its a new aircraft, it will take time to learn, thats what 2 seat trainers and conversion courses are for. -

Think thats a bit of a non story really. According to that there is 11ft difference in the position of the hooks between the JSF and the current type. Surely the pilots will just get used to landing slightly further back up the deck.nAlso it doesn't say what percentage of simulated landings failed, just the amount. They could have done 100 sucessful ones to those 8 misses. -
We gave them a loud enough rendition of 'cheerio' to be fair.

Hooiveld's block, the sending off and Coterill having a hissy fit

Dunno, I didn't have the best view of it but I remember cringeing when the ref went to his pocket.. -
First half probably could have gone either way to be honest, but second half was all Saints, and had it not been for Lee Camp and some comedy centre back shooting errors it could have been 8. Top day out.

Seeing it from that close I reckon Jos was lucky it was only a yellow, had it been a Forest player I would have been screaming for a red. Their red totally justified, and Cloterill, what a total plank. Being totally found out at this level and will be unemployed very soon. -
3 boys (13, 11, 6) and a girl (4). 3 boys are easy in comparison to madam. My utmost respect/sympathy to anyone who has more than on girl...

Scissor Sisters. What they did to Comfortably Numb warrants the return of public execution

Anyone know of any good places to park?
-
Due to the fact we are playing them both in the next two games I guarantee we will get Forest/Leicester.
