  1. Where did I state I was referring to you. However, if the cap fits ..............
  2. Lol at the right-winger thinking it unfunny, yet when someone 'mocks' the Chinese it's ok. FWIW i see no harm in either.
  3. I think Cricketphilly was implying that he used to tell (lie to ) KB that it was his (Cricketphillys) birthday in order to get a quid out of the old fella, and if you added up all the times he (Cricketp) did this, to his actual age now, the total would be over 100, not that KB is over a hundred. HTH
  4. 16th. Reckon I'd be top if it had accepted my 2-0 for Charlton & I hadn't missed 7 games
  5. Mine would be assuming all players in their prime, not necessarily when playing for Saints Shilton Golac Wright Nicholl Dennis Case Armstrong Le Tissier Keegan D Wallace Worthington
  6. Mine hasn't been done either. I guess the mods will get around to it once they've finished their easter eggs.
  7. W***wood. He needs a good wash.
  8. I remember him well, and just about everything I've read on here is as how I remember it, including the kiddy fiddling thing, but I've just googled him "Ken Baily" and there is no mention of it whatsoever. It does appear that he was quite an athlete though.
  9. The Alarm are at The Brook next week, one of my fave 80's bands. I couldn't believe my luck when they opened for Queen at Wembley in '86.
  10. Excellent player, one of my favourites. He always gives everything, you can tell how committed he is by the way he harangues the ball boys to get the ball back to him quickly. He is generally solid, and I love the way he runs at the oppo, and he is one of our best tacklers, sure he has the odd iffy game, but so do all players, if we dropped every player that made a mistake we’d have gone through the whole squad by the 4th game of the season. I do wish he would shoot more often though. He reminds me of a couple of players, Nick Homes, for his running style, and from where I sit he looks like Stuart Pearce, with whom he also shares his spirit & attitude. I didn’t realise his contract was up, I thought he’d signed for 3 years.

  12. Looks like the lino got it spot on to me. Although from where I was sat the goal looked a good-un. Mind you I'm sat in the Kingsland/Chapel corner.
  13. Yet another idiot
  14. Well done KD & the defence, thoroughly deserved, as is the place in the L1 team of the season. Better that Shilts - of course not, only an idiot would say so (however we appear to be blessed with many of them), But good enough for us at the moment & in the Championship, should we get there.
  15. idiot
  16. schadenfreude
  17. Get in there. Well done Saints, absolutely chuffed! I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought Fonte had scored an o.g.
  18. Cheer-leaders
  19. I think it's the time of year for it. Corinthians set fire to theirs: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/8036137.stm Thank god we never got the JPT out of its bubble wrap.
  20. Maybe worth taking a defibrilator.
  21. "Adolf Eichmann declined a special meal, preferring a bottle of Carmel, a dry red Israeli wine. He drank about half of it." I wonder if he was being ironic?
