When the club need to use Mara as a back uP striker you knew we’d fecked it up.. regardless if we go up or not Martin is not the answer. Only one method of play, one dimensional and simply not good enough. Cardiff we’re pretty average but that second half was a disgrace as were the changes. Nobody can deny that we’re a bunch of bottlers and have absolutely zero composure. Just feck off the lot of them.

Martin nearly lost us that game.. some of those substitutions were terrible. He made changes that were not needed and Stephen’s into midfield.. anyway we won ..

Martin is a knob if he’s picking Stephens ahead of bednarek. Bednarek and THB been solid most of the season until Stephen’s came back into the fold.

I wasn’t sat that far from the dugout and honestly there were parts of that game Martin wasn’t even watching. He was constantly having a go at the 4th official who has absolutely no impact on the game, it got quite embarrassing at times. It seems his go to when he’s under pressure. And the pressure is certainly starting to ramp up. Our iffy performances started around the same time that Stephens appeared back in the squad. Absolutely baffling to play him today, especially when it became very evident that we’d some creativity to unlock Millwall s 2 banks of five.

Russell Martin needs to focus his attention managing the team rather than constantly berating the 4th official. Fecking embarrassing today. He goes on about bravery but that comes down to him.
