I f*cking hope not, looks like he's been on the sauce far too long. Bit of a sad figure now.

From today's Guardian - http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/sep/10/west-ham-lyall-greenwood About halfway down the page. "The transfer of Portsmouth's Football League share to a company said to be controlled by Balram Chainrai was not rubber-stamped by the League's board yesterday. And so the club remain in administration, which is not the outcome anyone would have expected when the administrator, Andrew Andronikou, was talking about "blue sky ahead" and how the club would soon be "out of the clutches of the Football League". It is believed there was insufficient paperwork for the League to ratify the club's takeover by PFC Realisations. If so, it would not be the first time Pompey have had a problem with their paperwork this week, with Liam Lawrence's loan from Stoke City to Fratton Park also held up over late filing of documents. "From our end, all documentation was sent on time, well before the 6pm deadline," Andronikou said. "I was there myself to see it." According to what Digger has heard, from the League's end it did not arrive until after 8pm. Who to believe? Oh dear
-
Are you saying Pardew could?
-
At least if it appears on OUR OS, we know it's done and dusted. Unlike some other clubs I could mention.
-
Oh dear. Dean Wilkins it is then.
-
If that rumour's true I only hope that he's left him a couple of hundred million working capital as well.
-
Or write a letter (remember them?) to Nicola Cortese Southampton Football Club St. Mary's Stadium Southampton I'm sure it would get there, even if you couldn't be arsed to find the proper address.
-
If it's to be Zola - pleeeease bring your boots with you. Replace Hammond and you could be captain and manager. Would still be amazing in this league.
-
Can I have some of whatever you're on?
-
I couldn't be arsed to go. Sounds like I'm not missing anything.

Totally agree - SSN are a total disgrace. Its not just because of the photographers ban - last time "sky sources" assured us Tony Adams had been approached. Maybe it's skates on a wind-up feeding them this rubbish, but if it is it still shows sloppy journalism. I still think its all about installing a favourite on Skybet though, and encouraging people to bet on something they know will never happen.
-
Don't panic - approached.
-
Strangely still odds-on on Skybet - but drifting at 2-1 on VC. Looks like punters are starting to see through this Sky scam.
-
Every time I go in there it takes me about an hour to find my way out. And why the fook is the entrance on the top floor? Stupid Swedes.
-
Hart now odds-on on Sky 4-5
-
6-4 Victor Chandler Evens Sky And as mentioned previously, Oddschecker have washed their hands of it.
-
Just a thought - as betting scams seem to be all the rage these days. Sky run a Sports News channel AND a sports betting company. Make up a few ridiculous rumours - get a few dim punters to bet on them, and BINGO, more profits for Uncle Rupert. Seems almost too easy.

Oddschecker seem to have closed the book http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/southampton-specials/next-permanent-manager

This has got to be a skate wind-up.......please!

Paul Hart now FFS
