  1. Currently his Leeds side is thrashing Lampard’s Derby. Did we miss a trick there?
  2. Expert ex-ref Peter Walton? You obviously don’t remember that match in League 1, I forget the opponents, but he was absolutely abysmal.
  3. But we haven’t left yet. When the news is negative for the UK it’s highlighted by remainers, but when the news is positive, they all chorus “but we haven’t left yet”. Funny that.
  4. But on the bright side, he does do a nice windsor knot.
  5. Kelvin now 11-1 Jesus
  6. Nobody’s mentioned Pulis. I know I know. But got Palarse out of the mire a few seasons ago - could be worth a 10 match contract with a huge incentive.
  7. Which has since recovered to within a whisker of its value a week before the referendum, when it shot up in expectation of a remain win.
  8. ****. (You can guess what that word was, and yes, right first time.)
  9. I remember after the vote to leave in June 2016, the FTSE 100 surged ahead. Ah yes, said the wise men and sages, but it’s the FTSE 250 that really counts because that’s where the British companies tend to be.
  10. Have you tried switching it off and back on again? Easy job.

    Jimmy Melia

Bald as a coot, never took a shot when in a scoring position, but preferred to spray beautiful passes out to the wings. Frustrating player to watch.

    Koeman

A comtestant answering questiions about Everton FC tonight on Mastermind. Not one question about dugouts. Bitterly diaappointed, he'd have known the answer to that.
  13. Decent he might have been, well-meaning he might have been, but I remember him going cap in hand to the IMF to get us out of the mire at the cost of devaluation. Remember 'this won't affect the pound in your pocket'? Labour have always mismanaged the economy, and given a chance, always will. "We'll borrow it" says Skinner only a few days ago, forgetting as usual that a debt has to be repaid.
  14. Meanwhile, I see the Germans are finally coming to their senses.
  15. What you wrote (#4760) is there in black and white. No dissection necessary.
  16. You can squirm all you like, but it still sounded to me that you wanted us, as a nation, to fail. Unforgiveable, whatever your views on Brexit.
  17. Sums it up really - If you're British you should be ashamed.
  18. I wish we were the economic powerhouse that is Spain.
  19. Ah, forecasts. Famously reliable. Remember Project Fear?
  20. You'll be glad to know that mutual healthcare provision between UK and EU nationals has been negotiated successfully in the latest round.
  21. If he was on his knees hacking away at the coalface 50 hours a week for a pittance, he would have good cause to be miserable. In fact he gets thousands a week for kicking a bag of air around for maybe 20 hours, and he obviosly wants even more thousands a week kicking that thing around for someone else. There's no excuse. Makes him a cv nt in my book.
  22. This
  23. Bertrand even looks mightily ****ed off when scoring for England. Cv nt.
  24. For cup games they used to isuue vouchers which gave you the right to queue for tickets. The problem was they didn't used to advertise which League matches would be the voucher-issuing ones.
