I think, in the near future, he's actually safer. Les's replacement would likely have to sack him & choose a successor. Thing is, there's nobody on the board who know anything about football (other than Wilson) & even that is certainly questionable!

There's no doubt Les was being slowly phased out, when you consider that aside from the Fans Forum (which he'd been avoiding for years) he was barely seen in club media.

I'd give him a run on the right hand side (either in the 4-4-2 or 4-2-3-1 formation). Elyounoussi hasn't really done enough to keep his spot & if Austin remains as stationary as he is, JWP may as well put a couple of crosses onto his head.
