Interesting that after the talk of alledged dodgy Lander-stuff that we haven't put a positive spin piece since.

We still had the "Osvaldo" filters saved whilst searching for him. TBF, a google search told me he was talented but had attitude last summer.

It's somewhat amazing that the guy who created one of the great central midfield's in Vieira / Petit is so blind to what they've lacked.

I think he will go. Seems a shame when he's done so well. He should get a decent career for himself though. Pleased for him.

Assuming we are sticking to 4-2-3-1. - 1 commanding centre-back to replace Jose. - 1 to replace Virgil. - Quick wing/forward to replace J-Rod. (Mane-esque) - Sigurdsson for Tadic (if he goes) - DM specialist to partner Romeu. (I like Davo, but not good enough in the DM role against the top sides IMO.)

He's done a decent job. Losing Austin & Virgil respectively were huge blows. Couple this with selling Fonte & not replacing him, I'd say he's done well to keep us up where he has. Let's hope he doesn't get stitched up in the summer & he's given the tools to work with.
