Diafra Sakho has handed in a transfer request to West Ham, according to Sky sources. Sunderland had an £11m bid for the striker rejected early last month and West Ham have publicly admitted to be trying to sign a big name striker this summer.

It's possible, but Matt Law doesn't have great ties with either Liverpool or Saints, so I'd be more inclined to believe it if it comes from Chris Bascombe or Jeremy Wilson.
