The general theme of this summer has been hoping a player doesn't leave... then I watch him leave and think "Well I hope 'X' stays" - And then that player goes too. (This cycle then repeats itself)

Would be gutted if he left, but certain he will. The plus with this transfer (as opposed to Shaw/Lallana) is their will hopefully be a bidding war for him. (Liverpool/Arsenal/Spurs + euro interest). Disappointed if it's £15m.

Ings was the 1st person I thought of when Les Reed said in that recent interview "players we've spoken to are keen to join". He's young, scores goals & will want to be here. Bring him in.

Yeah, I agree - 3-5-2 is quite a specialist formation. I hope we stick with 4-5-1 / 4-3-3. Suits the current personnel - Wit that said, we can check back here again in a couple of weeks and we might have a totally different set of players to talk about.

I think a lot depends if we are going to with a '1' or '2' up top. Not convinced either are ideal as a lone striker... But both would be decent partner to Pelle as a partnership.
