Barca lose quite a few nippers to other clubs, but that's besides the point. It's the best model to follow, especially when you are focusing on youth players, so I'm all for it. Don't think it will impact the 1st team for some time though. We really are at our best when playing a flat 4-4-2.

Really pleased with this. Shown some really good potential for us. If he plays well in the championship that really is some step up for the lad.
