  1. And yet was rated as the best saints player today in this write up.. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/
  2. They said on the Radio that Liverpool haven't ever lost when today's referee has been in charge of one of their games ....all 10 of them
  3. Fair enough like I said I only had Solent to go on but most of Liverpool's chance seemed to come from good work by Lallana ....though maybe that is the Adam Blackmore man love for Lallana coming through the commentary.
  4. BBC write up of match I see we get a small mention in among the Kloppgasm. But did Liverpool really have over 60% possession it didn't seem like it to me? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34564965
  5. I'd be surprised Lallana and Milner were probably pool's best players today. Having said that I think he clearly wanted to get one over on his old club today so put in a higher level performance than he normal does for Liverpool.
  6. I saw in that Sam Wallace article in the Telegraph (and he seemed to have the inside track on saints) That the Club bought Juanmi as one for the future. So I guess he will be introduced slowly as the season goes on and the coaching staff have worked on him?
  7. Only have Solent and whispering Dave to go on but I thought it was a very entertaining game between two solid mid table sides both giving it a go. Mane was stupid but I think it's a little unfair seeing as the ref seemed to happy to let things go in the first half I always think refs set the tone early in the game he was happy to let Skertel get away with some fouls on Pelle first half with not a word. Both sides could have won if the had been more clinical in front of goal can't work out why Pelle seems to perform poorly away from home (Chelsea game aside). Oh yeah thought Jordy had a decent game think he will improve with more game time.
  8. Read it this morning. I guess this journalist has an inside line to the club because the whole article read a bit like a PR exercise. Not that there is anything wrong with that I like reading nice things about my club.
  9. and will fade to anonymous by 60 minutes in all likely hood
  10. I'm guessing because of this bit in the article Southampton rate Gallagher very highly and want to see him playing games and progressing whilst out on loan.
  11. An interesting (IMO) article I saw online and thought I'd share. http://www.just-football.com/2015/10/everton-southampton-west-ham-premier-league-new-middle-class/
  12. Seems the club might not be happy with Sam Gallagher's lack of game time at MK Dons. Southampton are set to review striker Sam Gallagher’s loan at Championship side MK Dons at the end of the year http://the72.co.uk/38424/southampton-to-review-strikers-championship-loan/
  13. An assault rifle clearly. To be fair Hood's parents where pretty negligent sending her out in the dangerous woods and not packing at least two side arms.
  14. Yes at this rate even bloody Ings will make a miraculous recovery to face us on Sunday. I guess that's the power of a new manager no one wants to be out of Klopp's thoughts right now. "Injury what injury? I'm fit as a fiddle gaffer...honest"
  15. Another shooting. An actor re-enacting the OK corral shootout in Tombstone shot another actor and a bystander after accidentally loading his six shooter with live rounds instead of blanks http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/11941776/OK-Corral-shootout-reenactment-leaves-two-people-shot.html
  16. Yep go for your life grumble until you feel better..........but in fairness a lot people complaining about stupid questions didn't even attend. If you went fair play feel free to vent
  17. You can bet your bottom dollar if the club had screened or picked the questions in advance people would have accused them of censorship. The format of these kind of Q&As means people are unlikely to get the questions asked that they want. If someone is determined to hold Ralph to account on commercial income or such like they need to get their arse down there and ask their question complaining no one asked the question you wanted asked when you didn't go is pretty stupid IMO.
  18. Of course it wasn't but people need a scapegoat and Kelvin is the easy target. They're was a whole load of under par performances across the team which Kelvin's kicking wasn't helping but certainly having Kelvin in goal wasn't the only reason we let a two goal lead slide.
  19. Really Lou? you think making woman happy is a bad thing? It's no wonder most men my age get confused when it comes to the fairer sex;)
  20. Tadic really doesn't work well in behind the forwards also we lose our first line of defence in Steven Davis.
  21. The thing is Kelvin's kicking has never been great, he has been at the club along time, and the players and coaches see his kicking at every training session. Given this why did we not adjust our game plan accordingly for this match? Rather than going for the attempted long ball on to Pelle's head to play it short to VVD or Fonte (who can launch a big kick if that's what you want to do) to play out from the back more or knowing his kicking would barely reach the half way line get Romeu in the middle and get Pelle to drop deeper to try and win the aerial balls in midfield.
  22. “I am not sure how many games you saw like this from Adam Lallana? What do you think?” asked Klopp after the match, already knowing the answer about a £24m player who has underwhelmed since joining Liverpool in 2014. “I know him from Southampton and he can do 20/30 per cent more,” added Klopp. following those quotes I guess Klopp is whispering " you Lazy c unt in Adam's ear"
  23. Yeah made me laugh to has he ever managed 20 goals and assists in a season?
  24. I know the defectors pain has worn off somewhat and they are slowly being resigned to the history books but I still like a good article about one of them. This one is a very nice Liverpool fans take on Adam "player of the season" Lallana http://www.liverpool-kop.com/2015/10/pocchettino-hails-lallana-unbelievable-liverpool-spurs.html Adam Lallana: one of the most frustratingly inconsistent players in the Premier League, or bona-fide football superstar? For me, Lallana is (so far) a giant waste of money, but according to Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino, the £26m attacker is one of the best players in the league.
  25. To far away to see with my eye sight but as Mane's chances didn't even make it on to MOTD I figure there was nothing in it. I'm sure they would have shown it in the highlights if it was an obvious handball by the keeper?
