I agree. We won't be signing a DM this summer. Romeu will no doubt be first choice and if he is unavailable Hoj or Lemina will step in. Lemina's talents are wasted in that role though and Hoj is just crap at it.

We have one proper holding DM Romeu. Lemina is more a box to box type and no one can convince my Hoj is a proper DM.

If we do play him wide we should try to play him on the right. When he and Tadic swapped sides, during games, Redmond always looked better crossing from the right than trying to cut in on the left.

I'd go with that he has had games where he has looked good but he frustrates because he seems to lack confidence to do what you know he can do. Redmond is like the other side of the coin to Boufal. Boufal had so much confidence he wants to take people on even when its not the best option. Redmond, onfor the other hand, seems to lack the confidence to take someone on ,even though he can, and opts for the safe pass.

Not quite Hughes said Mo wasn't a like for like player in that he doesn't play exactly like Tadic but he is Tadic's replacement in the squad.

yep best to just get rid for what ever reason he hasn't worked out. I've got a feeling the club is trying to trim the squad and the wage bill this summer plenty more deadwood to get rid of yet though.
