Here it has been pretty lax to be honest. A country like Barbados (population 280,000) has had just 39 deaths. Yes. He would have won £511k if he hadn't cashed out and the horse won. Instead he partially cashed out and picked up £250k. If the horse had won today he would have picked up £320k. In my eyes he did the right thing. He picked up a life changing amount and had the thrill of watching his horse run today knowing that he could pick up an extra £70k if it won. Unfortunately for him it did not.
