  1. He was very poor. To be fair alot of the trouble at the end of the game was caused by his lack of control. That ref will need to shoulder some of the blame due to the confusion he caused.
  2. We will be bought out very soon. Chill.
  3. I hope the MLT bid is using Matt as a front man and we have more financial and business power behind him.... I am sure this is correct. What's more I hope that other consortiums would consider uniting behind him. MLT is NOT a man to run this club but he is a figurehead we can unite behind to move the club upwards. I am excited if this is true. Fundamentally, it would keep Lowe out of the club - even via indirect influence - which (whether you like Lowe or not) will create friction, disunity and lack of confidence and may result in further relegation. MLT as a figurehead will also attract a decent manager. MLT has the fans on side. If this happens it may be the best thing to happen to the club for 20 years. I'd rather have unity and moral and the will to make the club work than Lowe's mates continuing the slide, regardless of funds. .... MLT may get his statue afterall.
  4. Scarred... but will do once we have a new owner.
  5. Stick with him. He is taking over a squad of kids, depleted of its best players that IS minus 10 points and likely to relegate to League 2 anyway. At least we'd have a decent manager to build with. Anyway - cant see it... If you were a seasoned professional and Saints came for you this summer with Wotte or Ince in charge would you join for Wotte? mmmmm I know the answer. For Ince? Maybe.
  6. This thread should serve as a warning to anyone who wishes to deny the impact Lowe has - in whatever capacity in an organisation - to divide and set it back. Lowe in ANY capacity at this Club would have the same impact Mr Fry. Please note. (just in case!) Holocaust deniers (19, Prof etc) please also note. NO LOWE ---- EVER AGAIN.
  7. This summer and with someone like Paul Ince.
  8. Stirring indeed. But if he stays we're going to League 2. Wotte has relegated x2 league teams in his career and never promoted one. He is pretty consistent and guess what?... he's crap as well.
  9. Let's await confirmation on here... meantime... who's up for supporting Lawrie? Train or legend? 33 years to the day that we won the cup...
  10. ---------- Kelvin Davis------------- Man-------Perry----Man-------Man Man-----Man----Gillett--------Man ----------Man------Man----------- Bench: DMG, Man, Man, Man, Man If we want to mount a realistic promotion attempt. If we keep it as it is... we go down.
  11. Has Wilde got one? Lowe has.
  12. The point is that in reality - no one will ever forgive him. I had a boss that was incompetent too, similar to Lowe in his arrogance and deep down was not actually very good. Whenever one or more of us who worked for him assemble in a room you can guarantee his name will be mentioned and the venting of hatred and frustration comes out. I see alot of similarities. Lowe has scarred the fans of this club forever. Just have to accept that.
  13. LOL. Well only when he has a minute I am sure it wont take long to take a picture down and put up another
  14. In which case I stand down from my appeal... nice to know if that's correct though.
  15. His point is that Lowe = division even now and perhaps we should attempt to rise above that in our hour of need... which makes sense until you realise how much hatred Lowe attracts for his 14 years of incompetence.
  16. I assume - please correct me if I am wrong - that the now infamous Doncaster Train Picture is still up in the boardroom? May I suggest it is removed to a more suitable place - lavatory for example - and Lawrie Mac with the FA Cup in 1976 is put up in it's rightful place once more? Whatever happens over the next couple of days I do not want my Club to die, or be resurrected, in the final boardmeeting under the shadow of the prime example of Lowe's pettiness and foolishness. It's ... well .. embarrassing. Anyone else want the Donny Train Picture removed to be replaced by memories of the happiest day in Saints history in living memory? Sign below. Choo Choo! or pride?
  17. My thoughts exactly... still Lowe's very obliging to other chairmen, afterall he did put the Doncaster train up in the boardroom and take down a picture of our most successful footballing moment.
  18. REALITY CHECK: With our current manager and team without our better players (who are leaving this summer) and our 10 points deduction we ARE going to relegate to League 2. As far as I am concerned that is very very likely. New manager is a priority followed by a purchase of men. Then we have some hope.
  19. Sort of is as it highlights Rupert's poor management skills in a neutral forum and confirms what a dull appointment it was to put him in in the first place and then again last summer. So - it is relevant.
  20. Paul Ince We need: Passionate, young professional and hungry manager who knows the league and can get the most from the kids and attract seasoned pros. Whats more - WE ALL need to understand that he needs a 6 year reign AT LEAST... no more Lowe errors on the managerial side please.
  21. Paul Ince for me.
  22. Men. Next no-brainer question please. One caveat. We need a smattering of youth - 2-3 kids competing for places and on the bench is no bad thing. But ideally, a team of seasoned pros please. I hope we buy up a bunch of experienced men in the latter end of their competitive careers this summer.
