That Tom Davies (at 17) has already done more in about 3 PL games then Prowse has in over 100. Nice guy by all accounts and clearly the club golden boy, but nowhere near good enough.
Oh, and a skate to boot.
I don't think St Mary's is that bad, certainly no worse or better then just about every other PL ground in the country.
Let's be honest, the 'atmosphere' is ****e at most places, SKY just like to peddle the myth as it suits their audience in China.
It seemed to stem from an awful referee decision. We were garbage the first 15 minutes and then the ref missed a stonewall foul, the crowd and players got a bit more up for it and it seemed to go from there.
To be fair, I actually fancy Puel to be able to do a job on them up there. 0-0 would just be perfect.
Trying not to get excited by the prospect of Wembley, but it's hard tonight.
No doubt it'll be the same defensive mentality and turgid display that we've been getting use to recently. God forbid we take the lead. Wouldn't it be nice to see us go for it a bit, semi final under the lights and all that, and we probably need a 2 goal cushion heading up there.
It doesn't help when the club peddle all their bull**** about the Champions League before selling anyone of any worth whatsoever.
I'd suggest we are very good at persuading and not so good at delivering.
