We always stay at Hotel 55, out in Ealing but right next to the tube. Great little place and reasonable prices for London. It's not that far out either to be honest.
FA Cup isn't midweek, all games are on a weekend and take priority over the league. Absolutely no reason why we shouldn't be playing a full strength team for each game.
Villa were ****e which makes it even more frustraitng. We were playing football suicide in the second half though. Playing 3 at the back up against their two was asking for trouble and they nearly caught us out twice before the third goal. It was a matter of time.
No doubt they'll harp on about us "not showing up" for at least the next 50 years, even though in reality they'll be three of them in a pub in Eastleigh at 2.30 that afternoon.
The reality is hitting them, the tickertape, balloons and memories of that warm day against Oxford are long forgotten. They all "own their club" yet only a select few in it for themselves get any say on just about anything.
This fan ownership really was the best outcome for us all. So tinpot, so funny.
It's doing my head in, football in the PL is so mundane and the stewards yesterday were just utterly pathetic. Ejection for swearing is happening, not racist stuff but just swearing. I mean honestly.
Buzzing for it. Can't really do many all nighters this week as I have an interview on Friday. Doubt I'll be sleeping much Saturday though especially after a skinful at Arsenal.
He's probably right, but why the hell would Milner go? What has he ever done for anyone to warrant it? If we are playing some dross and it's 0-0, who would we rather have come on, Lallana or Milner. The mind boggles.
